She did a great job hemming my silk pants! Quick and courteous. Will be back soon! I wish the hours were a tad later.

Although Marilyn initially agreed to create the pants, vest, and blazer, the process quickly became frustrating. She repeatedly questioned my choice to wear pants, asked my daughter for approval, and insisted I purchase a ready-made suit for tailoring rather than crafting it from scratch. After I brought a pair of pants for her to replicate, she fixated on pictures and ignored my actual garment. She also kept complaining that she couldn't get material in Chattanooga and told me I would have to drive to Nashville or order it from New York. She never gave me any alternate suggestion for a material I could find in Chattanooga. As a second option, she offered to make black pants if I bought a vest and blazer, but I declined, as black was not suitable for a wedding. Additionally, when another customer entered with a picture, Marilyn was openly rude, dismissing her and rolling her eyes. It got to the point that I simply had to get up and walk out because she kept disputing my requests instead of agreeing to what I wanted. I did not feel respected as a client, and I do not recommend her services."
