It is a really cool cleaners where you make them work while you sit in your truck. I noted that I asked for LAUNDERING...if not able to launder, the shirts should have been left undone and not dry cleaned, or they could have called me, or the shirts inspected when I dropped them off. The excuse of wooden buttons were not valid, no refund was offered (as "they had already been dry cleaned"). In addition, the shirts didn't look ironed and the amount of spray starch used was so light, the shirts didn't even look ironed.
