Had my cracked screen replaced on a iPhone 11 Pro plus in November of 2020. I wasn't thrilled about…read morethe $300+ price tag, but it had to be done. Had to take it back the next day, because he didn't blow all the dust from the previous phone, so my front facint camera didn't work. He opened It and cleaned it out, and a week later I was back in with the same issue, dust under the screen at the camera. Did this one more time, and just decided to live with it. Then the screen started acting up on me, being non responsive, or moving when I didn't touch it called them back, and they only offer a 30 day warranty on parts. Noticed on March of 2021 that the screen was separating from the phone, took it back up on 3/13/21 and he said it's the actual replacement screen coming apart, and there is noting he can do, unless I want to pay for a new screen replacement. Either go to an Apple store, or just buy a new phone. Don't waste your money here.

The guy running the store was about 19 and after he was done replacing the screen a lot of stuff was wrong with my phone. I have an iPhone 6s Plus and after he replaced it my Touch ID no longer worked, my camera wouldn't work, and my speakers were messed up and wouldn't play out loud. I took it back to him and he acted like it wasn't a big deal and told me to come back tomorrow because he was closing. I had to work the next day so my bf took my phone there for me. He explained that he didn't have anymore white screens and that he could put a black one on there. I was okay with it as long as it worked, but even after he tried to fix it my camera and speakers still didn't work. He didn't even test it to make sure before giving it back. My mom had to pick it up for me because I was working and she didn't know to check for these things (even though I told her). My boyfriend called the guy and was really mad telling him he owed me a new phone because he broke mine. He was apologetic so we took it back AGAIN and he replaced the parts which fixed it but now my camera is really crappy bc they use really cheap parts that I assume come from China. This place is absolutely ridiculous and I would never recommend it to anyone. The screen that he replaced my phone with is so cheap and half the time it doesn't let me click on what I'm trying to. Jesse was the guy that worked on my phone. Beware of this place.

These guys went ABOVE & BEYOND…read more I'll be honest, I went into the store as a skeptic, as I'm a long-time Mac user and it has been my experience that most 'generic' PC repair stores can only do minimum Mac repairs or would prefer not to deal with them at all. BOY, was I surprised! I took in my old 2009 Macbook Pro for a plethora of issues -- none critical, just things that I'd been putting up with for WAY too long. (It's not my primary computer, but I do use it for non-essential tasks, such as blog writing and burning vinyl LPs to cd, etc.) The issues it had included a cracked screen, a dead SuperDrive, blown speakers, and a cracked keyboard key. I expected they might able to address one or two of the problems, if that. Not only were they able to resolve ALL of the issues, but were able to do so at a very reasonable price (they happened to have used parts on-hand) with a very short turnaround (I believe it was only a day.) They are now my "go-to" computer store, and I will be dropping off my THIRD repair request to them later this week. So, in summing -- go by and see Perry & Mitchell at PC & P.I.* Computers in East Brainerd. * Their name sounds for "Personal Computer Private Investigators" btw . . .
