After being ghosted by another company, David and Raschel bent over backwards to take care of me the very next day! They had a crew out first thing that morning that was so courteous, efficient and careful with our belongings. Aaron, Tony, and Tre are the best crew!!!!! read more

We made the mistake by hiring this company earlier this year. The WORST experience we've ever had! Over $2k of damage to our items and they will NOT honor our damage claim and have lied to us about it. They broke one entire box (of about 12-15 boxes) of our carefully packed pottery. They said that if they had packed it, they pottery would not have broken?!?! See pictures. DO NOT BE TAKEN IN BY THEM!!! read more

The owner called me a fu**ing c**t and hung up on me. Need I really say more? I questioned the charges and they said I signed the estimate so I knew what I was getting BUT the estimate I signed was less than what they charged me. It was $79 for Equipment Fuel Fee on the Estimate and $129 on the final bill. The owner started with an attitude which pissed me off. I jumped his butt for it and got called a fu**ing c**t. 2 of the 3 movers showed up smelling like weed. One of the movers was on a personal call for 30 minutes and they charged me. ***Buyer beware.*** read more

Fantastic & amazing service! Fair pricing, too! Excellent communication and friendly service from start to finish. The moving guys are experts, respectful, careful with our belongings. Highly recommended!! read more

All Out Moving & Storage - Out of state move went very smoothly - Movers Near Me - Chattanooga, Tennessee

Excellent service- I mean really! I had a great move thanks to outstanding customer service, a speedy and accurate estimate right when I called them, and careful moving of big pieces. The price was extremely reasonable and they were prompt and efficient. Garrison and Jacob strove to please and were very pleasant to work with. read more

Excellent no stress move, how often can u say that?! I recommend this company 110%! Apparently I can't post this recommendation unless I have enough characters.... All Out Moving ROCKED. I hope this meets the criteria read more

If I could leave a negative rating, I absolutely would. This is the WORST moving company ever! They didn't follow our agreement to leave items in the truck for four days. Instead, they sneakily charged us weekend rates to move everything out on Sunday, only to move it back in on Monday. Genius, right? They managed to damage both the home we moved out of and the new one we moved into. They conveniently forgot to mention the 300"surprise" fee they charged for each credit card transaction they posted to our card. But it gets better - they did over 5K in damage to our new home moving in. They knocked not 1, but 4 large holes in the walls and destroyed hardwood floors in the entry and hall. They kept the good time rolling after we specifically told them they could not charge or card and refused to pay at the end of move in due to the damage until we spoke to a manager- drum roll - But guess what? They charged our card anyway! They overcharged us for $1,100 for services they never even provided and then went radio-silent when we tried to file a claim or get any sort of response. We have an active dispute with our credit card company they are fight tooth and nail. We're also dealing with Visa to open a fraud case for unauthorized use of our card and filing a small claims suit for all the damage they're pretending didn't happen (I am sure they will try to slick willy their way out of this as well). Sorry folks we have pics and a real estate affidavit from the final walk through which occurred 2hrs before these AX! clowns entered the home. RUN, don't walk, from this company! read more

This was the fourth moving company in 20 years we have used in this area. First I must say these guys worked very hard and spent a lot of time insuring our furniture was well wrapped and secure. This would be the first time we haven't had a lot of damage to our furniture. We ordered three but only had two show up. It took many additional hours than expected because of the shortage of man power and the cost was 60 % more than the original quote. I felt was very excessive. But, we did have the third guy show up half way through the day, and everything was done well. Even though the total price was very excessive, we felt these guys deserved a tip and were happy to pay them for their hard work. I would suggest, that the person providing the quote do his home work. 60% over quote? read more

Poor communication on a super stressful day with no apology. They were late And the crew showed minus a moving truck. Seems the driver tore the door off backing into the warehouse. They prepped for a while and left for lunch. Three phone calls to them, the truck finally shows around 4pm to load up. By the time they were done, I was a good three hours late in closing the house. on top of that, the final bill was $900 more than the quote- because of their inefficient move! I asked twice for some consideration, given the bad move and the price; I got more crickets. if you want a stressful move that costs way more than you thought, these are your guys. read more

We had a great experience. They were only about 20 minutes late, but they called ahead to warn us. One of the guys had partied the night before and was sleeping in the truck for 15 minutes, but they were very forthright. Nothing was broken! They all had great personalities. We welcomed them into our restrooms multiple times because they were like family towards the end! read more

If I could give a minus rating I would certainly give All Out Moving & Storage a - 5. The lack of care and amount of damage is hard to describe. At this point I am wondering what was not damaged. My father's desk has been passed down through the family and they knew how important this piece was to me. I spoke with the manager, HR Director and the Owner is the one who quoted the job. They were all very aware of how special this rolltop desk is to me. The moving crew grabbed the top of the desk and yanked it off breaking the desk. They slammed the top up into itself sideways so it would no longer roll down. First they tried to say the desk was already broken. However, when I pointed out their photos of the damage were taken after the top was removed. Then they understood that yes, their crew broke the desk. They are now trying to claim that this piece that has lasted more than 100 years and was being used by my father until the day he passed was unstable. WHAT? They also said that I should have taken it apart. Appalling! I was scheduled to have two discs replaced in my neck. I cannot lift any part of that desk. It is what I hired them to do. They did not wrap most of the furniture in the master bedroom damaging our wooden sleigh bed, breaking 3 lamps and who knows what else happened. In the storage units it was quite clear one crew seemed to stack things properly (though we won't know until we move out) the other crew threw things into the space and were not concerned with our property at all. They put a Wesley Allen iron bed directly onto concrete. They did not wrap it and damaged a frame that is nearly $3,000.00 it is scratched and dented. A TV was thrown into a box sideways with no cover or protection. Our bedding was tossed into the storage unit without being wrapped up. The company apologized many times over, fired a manager, and said they would make this right. However, after months of dragging this along and making promises they are now offering me $1,128.00 in restitution. This does not even match the full coverage protection outlined in their contract based on weight. Ironically, I paid them $1,125.00 for full coverage. What a ridiculous offer. I wish I had seen your reviews prior to engaging this company! They are saying they have a vendor that could repair this antique desk, and repair both king sized bedframes for $500.00. Would you ever trust a vendor to repair this incredible piece of antique furniture for $500.00. The quote I have is $5,400 to repair and refinish all of the damage. read more

The experience started out great. The owner was pleasant and communicated reasonably well. The movers themselves were on time and though a bit slow we realized it was because they were wrapping items well. It was after the move was completed that things fell apart. That evening, once my WiFi, had been connected that I realized our 65" television was damaged when I turned it on to program it. We immediately contacted the company. I provided pictures, filled out the claim form, etc. Last week the owner informed me that the insurance company had denied the claim. I spoke with him at length when I called him and stated how unfair this appeared to be since it was working prior to the move. He stated he believed me but it was the insurance. I literally begged him to try again since I had just had the mother board replaced through the company I purchased the television from. I just heard back and he stated again the insurance had denied the claim. I felt since this was a vet owned company and my husband is vet as well that honor meant something. He stated he believed me it was functioning appropriately prior to move yet he has made no offer other than to go through his insurance. The sad part is his "contact" says they're concern for moving electronics is why they offer to place them in the personal vehicle of the client yet no such offer was made. He never even responded to my husband when he left a message on his voicemail trying to find out about claim. Overall, everything else went well and the movers themselves worked hard. It is just an expensive lesson to learn to move your own electronics. read more

The guys that moved me were really great! Quick, great personalities, took really great care of my things, helpful and they made this move fun. My only complaint is that I feel that I didn't fully understand their payment structure and felt the rate was a a bit high for a short move. read more

It's been five months and I am still waiting on my compensation. During the move from Chattanooga to Florida, there were two things damaged in the move. My clothes in one of the wardrobe boxes somehow got wet, not sure how that happened, and my TV stand was broken in the move. I was told that they would pay me $150 for the broken stand. It's been five months and still no compensation. I have called repeatedly but no one will respond. This is not how you do business! read more

Worst moving experience possible. The guys who came to do the move were pleasant and curtios but not exactly careful with my belongings. They were very quick to bring to my attention when things that were damaged or broken before they loaded them on the truck to my attention but when it came to them breaking or damaging my things they never said a word. My 6 months old 3k refrigerator has over a dozen dents and dings and only because my wife noticed a scratch I doubt they would have said a word along with all the other items that were damaged. I tried numerous times to contact the owner though Email and direct phone calls but never got the courtesy of a reply. The last time I talked with Carlos who was the person who organized the job in Nov 2021 about where my money was for the damages I was told it would take up to 6 months for my refund. The move was on August 14th 2021 and as of Jan 30th 2022 I have still not heard anything from this company. I would not recommend or ever use their service again and I will contact them once more to see where my money is before I take them to small claims court. read more

Do NOT use All Out Moving. The team of movers they provided us damaged multiple pieces of furniture. They were slow, and the damage was due to a lack of common packing sense. In addition, the company they use for Moving Insurance, Move Smart Move Management, LLC, is a complete scam. They are happy to take your money for a policy, but if actual damage occurs, they will just stop responding to you. I was told they had 120 days to respond to a claim. 120 days was on October 6th, 2022. I have attempted to contact them multiple times, and there is no response. All Out Moving has not responded either. I am currently working with an Attorney, and I will be made hold. You do not want this headache, do not use All Out Moving. read more

Once again All Out Moving came through in a big way. This is the second time I have used them and can not recommend them highly enough. This time I moved from TN to TX ! Short story, the destination plans for my stuff were changed...about half way to TX. Plans went from a spacious enclosed barn (this is TX after all) to 2 10x10 storage units. Now you may be asking yourself "How can you get all your stuff thats in a 20ft moving truck into two spaces that are about the size of a taco stand !?!??"...well, thats what I was asking myself....frantically. But then I witnessed Tristan and Christian preform some of the most mind blowing packing job I have ever seen. Tristan and Christian were not only professional but very understanding of my situation and were not fazed at all by the last minute changes or the new space requirements in TX. I was panicking...they just went to work and handled business like the pros they are. So, yes, I can not recommend All Out Moving and Storage highly enough. read more

This is my third time using All Out Moving & Storage. The first two times were local moves but the third time was a long distance move out of state. All three moves were outstanding! I highly recommend using these guys. read more

Grade A job and effort. Chip, Tristen, and John were very professional and were excellent communicators. This is the 4th house that I've used moving companies and all being different companies because there was real reason to stick with one. Hopefully this will be my last move, but if not, I am going with this company and hopefully the same crew! Awesome experience considering it was move day! Haha read more
