The owner will not even return my calls. In February 2026 they lost a package for which I paid $278 for next day service. It was supposed to go to Saint Martin where I was on a dive vacation and they sent it to the Netherlands. How can a logistics company not even understand geography? I understand that mistakes happen, but the owner's, Chastity's, miss handling or rather NOT handling of this issue has forced me, after four months of inaction, to post a negative review. When I moved here 2 1/2 years ago from DC, I hoped I'd find a UPS store that I liked as well as the one I used in Arlington Va and I did. The people at this store are great and patient and after reading some of these negative reviews, it has not been my experience at all so that's why I'm writing. Yeah these MFs pretty much charge you for a box their house racket is the box scam. everything everything needs a box and guess what they just happen to have a box oh and guess what it just happens to be seven dollars does it matter that it's an Amazon return no. Forgot to print a label for your box whoops print out a label that would be five dollars. everything is fees hidden charges and then they look at you like you're the ahole when in fact it's some kind of company box scam policy. I was blown away by the follow-up Linda, the UPS store manager, did on a Christmas package I sent to my son in India. When this package was not delivered, she took a personal interest and called me every couple of days for two weeks to see if the box had been delivered yet; and she also called the Indian UPS to try to get it delivered. (The package sits in a New Delhi warehouse where her Indian counterpart demands a $400 customs payment, from my son, on a box holding a couple of small gifts worth $40 each and a tin of homemade cookies!) Linda and I eventually decided the now-stale cookies and small gifts would not reach my son and she got her owner to completely refund my shipping and the cost of the contents of the box. I was made completely whole financially. Both my son and I appreciate Linda's doggedness and willingness to take responsibility. read more

This store may knowhow to print but absolutely terrible at packing and shipping fragile items. When you pay $185.00+ ( Yikes!!) to pack and ship a 22 in. Italian platter and stand, you think because it's UPS, it might arrive in one piece. For that price it should have been double boxed, as most fragile pottery would be if you know what you're doing. Not only did it arrive in pieces, when I first talked with this store after opening my box of shards, I was assured my purchase price plus shipping charges would be refunded. I was told I might not get back the auction house fee of $7, don't understand this, but I could live with it. My total costs minus the $7 amounted to $264 and change. My refund from this store was $195. You do the math. DON'T LET THIS STORE PACK AND SHIP GRANDMA'S CRYSTAL!! read more
