I was the winning online bid on a large (31") and heavy (20 pounds each) pair of 19th century figurines from an auction house in Hixson, TN. I live in Southern California and had obvious concern about getting these fragile items safely delivered halfway across the country. The auction house ships its items through this UPS Store #2066 in Hixson. I personally spoke with Daniel at the UPS store, who is one of the fine people who pack items for shipping there. He could not have been more professional, polite and helpful, as were other people I spoke to on the phone there. My two, top grade, large boxes arrived at my door quickly, safely, and with the best possible professional packing as you can see from the pictures. The figurines were in perfect condition the way they left Tennessee, and great thought and professional skill went into the packing, with protruding features accounted for with foresight. Packing is a SKILL, and when not done right, disaster happens. Thank you UPS Store 2066 and Daniel for a job well done that I don't take for granted, having watched customer service slip generally over the past 50 years (but in defense of service people, many customers are ruder and more demanding). my wife came to the UPS store on hwy 153 in Hixon Tn yesterday June 7th 2024 and the employees there were rude , childish and didn't try to help her . as a matter of fact they laughed at her after saying she is going to ruin my whole day and a lot more . long story short she took my packages back with her. I will have some resolution for this if I have to go there myself. if anyone has a way to get in touch with the owner it would be much appreciated. thank you read more

Totally disappointed both times I have gotten a box there. For starters they charge $3 more a month than any other UPS store for their small mailbox. Im a USAA member & they were referred to my by USAA because they use to have the machine where us members could make our banking deposits but the machine was always out of order so thank goodness us members have the mobile app now. They hardly ever answer the phone it usually always goes into voicemail. They have call block on their phone so no one can cant get thru. They never offered to send me a text if I got any packages or mail. read more

Even out in California, I get excellent support and communication each and every time I reach out to their team. These people owe me money! They kept giving me the run around and the store manager refuse to credit me the $59 dollars they owe me. She kept saying its up to my bank. I emailed her several times and even sent her my statement from my bank to prove a credit was not made to my account! I have used them for years but never again! Beware because they are dishonest people! read more
