"You didn't tell me it wasn't going to be delivered on time. I assumed you would be open tomorrow. That would have been nice to know," I said, clearly frustrated. She was annoyed and wasn't having it. Zero empathy. Sorry not sorry. Blamed me for not listening. F-bombs were exchanged. Yup, both ways. She was a delight. I later apologized for getting frustrated. She refused to apologize, so there's that. She told me I needed to listen better. Oh and this was in front of another employee and customer at the copy machine. I took my package back on Monday morning and went down the road to UPS Store. It was cheaper and faster, and they didn't yell at me, so that's always a plus. I love small business.
