I live in Southern California and had obvious concern about getting these fragile items safely delivered halfway across the country. The auction house ships its items through this UPS Store #2066 in Hixson. I personally spoke with Daniel at the UPS store, who is one of the fine people who pack items for shipping there. He could not have been more professional, polite and helpful, as were other people I spoke to on the phone there. My two, top grade, large boxes arrived at my door quickly, safely, and with the best possible professional packing as you can see from the pictures. The figurines were in perfect condition the way they left Tennessee, and great thought and professional skill went into the packing, with protruding features accounted for with foresight. Packing is a SKILL, and when not done right, disaster happens. Thank you UPS Store 2066 and Daniel for a job well done that I don't take for granted, having watched customer service slip generally over the past 50 years (but in defense of service people, many customers are ruder and more demanding). For my money, this UPS Store shipping services are top notch and I'm grateful.
