They had already run a test copy and showed it to me - we made a couple of revisions and I came back the next day to pick up my order. Everything was done perfectly and professionally. And the price was so much better than if I'd had to order a large package elsewhere. This is for a small backyard wedding - and I only needed eight invitations. They had no problem accommodating my small order. I would gladly use their service again!

Unfortunately ended up not getting one there only because found the specific model that had what was needed. I have shopped at Staples at other stores and buy quite a bit for my business and personal use because their prices are reasonable and fair. However, the customer service provided by Brian and his staff was something we don't see often anymore and he even followed up with to see if I was able to find what I was looking for. I will be shopping there again.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by a nice young lady. She allowed me to look around and didn't bother me. This store is small and very clean. Although I went during the COVID-19 scare, I still believe the store is a clean place. They also have a nice selection of office supplies, networking items and office chairs. They were completely out of hand sanitizer and toilet paper though. But that's to be expected. All in all, I like this Staples location better than the Cleveland store.
