Lots to say about The Design Parlor. I have worked with Wendy for several weeks now. She created my…read moresite www.smileinajar.com and my Welcome Tab at www.facebook.com/smileinajar....oh & I almost forgot, my fabulous LOGO! I started creating my own free website, but it didn't do me any good since my order process was a bit complicated for the free site to handle. I came to Wendy a bit hesitant with the whole idea of building my own site not sure where I was going to go with Smile in a Jar. She got to work right away and assured me I will be 100% satisfied! Both our ideas collaborated and she created an easy system for my customers. I am one indecisive person and need everything to be perfect, but no problem with Wendy--she took everything I said and turned it into exactly what I wanted--even if it took me a bit longer to figure out what it REALLY was that I wanted. She took everything like a champ! Wendy truly has talent! I 100% recommend her. I received everything I wanted and more...with a reasonable price! One reason I was hesitant and originally went with a free site was because I wasn't sure I could gather up the money, but Wendy worked with me and offered a payment plan. And she made sure I was completely happy and satisfied with everything before we launched. Even after the site was launched, there were a few glitches...guess what?! She fixed them all! Over time, I had some new ideas/small changes of my own and with her small maintenance fee, it was no problem! Long story short, The Design Parlor is the place to go! Addressing Concerns: A Response to Mrs. Mary Ellen Ciganovich…read moreIn the realm of customer service, it is not uncommon for misunderstandings to arise. We received a request from Mrs. Mary Ellen Ciganovich regarding a non-refundable deposit, which has prompted us to clarify our position and express our commitment to customer satisfaction. Mrs. Ciganovich sought the return of her non-refundable deposit, a request that we carefully reviewed. As a business, we strive to uphold our policies while also ensuring fairness and transparency in our dealings with our clients. Given the nature of the deposit, which was clearly outlined in our agreement, we found ourselves in a challenging position when it came to providing a refund. When we initiated the refund process through PayPal, we encountered an unexpected charge associated with this transaction. In an effort to defend our policy and clarify our position, we disputed this charge with relevant documentation. We presented a comprehensive case to PayPal, illustrating our adherence to the agreed terms and the rationale behind our policies. To our relief, PayPal awarded us the dispute, confirming our stance. While we believe that we acted in accordance with our established policies, we are genuinely sorry to hear that this experience has led to dissatisfaction on Mrs. Ciganovich's part. Our goal has always been to maintain a constructive relationship with our clients, and we recognize that despite our best efforts, there are times when expectations may not align perfectly. In our correspondence with Mrs. Ciganovich, we made several attempts to address her concerns through collaboration and meetings. We dedicated considerable time and effort to understanding her needs and working towards a resolution that would leave her satisfied. Unfortunately, it appears that these efforts did not meet her expectations, and for that, we sincerely apologize. We understand that the refund dispute has left Mrs. Ciganovich feeling frustrated, and we recognize the impact that a negative review can have on our reputation. While we respect the right to express one's dissatisfaction, we also wish to highlight that our intention has always been to act in good faith and to comply with the agreements made with our customers. In conclusion, we appreciate Mrs. Ciganovich's feedback and take it to heart. We strive to learn from each encounter and continue to improve our communication and service delivery. It is our hope that this response clarifies our position and expresses our genuine intention to support our clients through transparent and fair practices. We remain committed to upholding the standards of service that we believe our customers deserve and will continue to work diligently toward finding solutions that foster satisfaction and trust.
