I started creating my own free website, but it didn't do me any good since my order process was a bit complicated for the free site to handle. I came to Wendy a bit hesitant with the whole idea of building my own site not sure where I was going to go with Smile in a Jar. She got to work right away and assured me I will be 100% satisfied! Both our ideas collaborated and she created an easy system for my customers. I am one indecisive person and need everything to be perfect, but no problem with Wendy--she took everything I said and turned it into exactly what I wanted--even if it took me a bit longer to figure out what it REALLY was that I wanted. She took everything like a champ! Wendy truly has talent! I 100% recommend her. I received everything I wanted and more...with a reasonable price! One reason I was hesitant and originally went with a free site was because I wasn't sure I could gather up the money, but Wendy worked with me and offered a payment plan. And she made sure I was completely happy and satisfied with everything before we launched. Even after the site was launched, there were a few glitches...guess what?! She fixed them all! Over time, I had some new ideas/small changes of my own and with her small maintenance fee, it was no problem! Long story short, The Design Parlor is the place to go! Very unprofessional!! I came in on Tuesday after being…read morereferred for printing services. Upon meeting the owner she was very nice & helpful. I let her know that I would need 20 t-shirts and brochures printed for my presentation at 6pm on Friday. I was assured that this would be no problem,and that they would be ready by Friday morning. So, I forwarded all of my content from a word doc as requested. The next day, Thursday, I received an email stating that I would need to place the words on a template before printing as this is not part of the services offered. I can admit, I was a little angry because lots of time could have been saved had I known that I would have to find a template. Later that day I visited the store so the store so that I could get a better understanding of what was needed, & was able to view a sample of the t-shirts. I noticed that the shirt was missing a word, and brought it to the workers attention. She let me know that she would email the owners, & that it would be fixed. When I got home I completed the template for the brochure & forwarded it to the owners email, along with the correct wording for the shirt (the error was my fault). On Friday when I arrived to pick up my order the only thing that had been completed was the brochures, & the pictures were not very clear. The owner stated that she had sent me an email earlier in the morning explaining that the wording error on the shirts was mine& not their fault so the sample could not be redone. I acknowledged that it was on me, but let her know that I had corrected it both with her worker & by email the night before. I then asked for the shirts, and the owner replied stating that no shirts had been printed since I did not reply to their email. First off, why would you not contact me by phone if you did not understand what was needed?? Especially with the deadline being so close?? She replied stating that since I did not reply to the email that they assumed that I no longer needed the shirts!! So now here it is after 4pm and all I have is brochures...not one single shirt! The owner stated that If I could wait 30 minutes then they could print one (1) shirt for me, but what am I supposed to do about the rest?? I definitely WILL NOT be coming back nor will I refer anyone. Thanks for nothing!

I sent a screenshot of the design I needed and the print is a clear, perfect print. I have already put it through the washer and ether and no problems, excellent quality.
