I have a love-hate relationship with UPS. I've encountered mostly negative experiences regarding their personal mailbox services. Recently, though, UPS is superior to USPS regarding pricing for shipping heavy items and, more importantly, delivery dates! USPS has consistently not delivered packages on their "guaranteed delivery date." So, I looked into other shipping services, and UPS was the most economical and convenient for my shipping needs at this time. This location, in particular, has been the best in terms of customer service. I've walked in when they've had a line nearly out the door and also when I was the only patron and each time I was greeted and helped with quick efficiency (mind you, I package and buy postage labels online and have the parcel ready to drop off). I definitely recommend creating a free online shipping account for the best prices and to streamline the process. I hope that this UPS will continue to provide good customer service and remain reliable with their delivery dates as they have been. read more

UPS store always gets you in and out as fast as they can and I like that and they're very friendly.

My daughter ordered a ring from Amazon and it was picked up by UPS for delivery. Today the package showed as being delivered but it was not delivered to the correct address. The picture showed a porch that was not ours and we do not recognize it from our area. I contacted UPS and I was told that they could not help me. They said that it was up to Amazon to file a claim. Now my daughter is upset instead of being excited about her new ring. read more

I've been coming to this location since I moved here three years ago. And I have no complaints. It's a smaller UPS store that I'm used to but it provides top-notch service and they really get to know their customers. They are extra helpful with all your needs including patients with those who aren't as tech savvy. Because it's a small store during the holidays it can be a bit crowded but they are fast and friendly. They offer many things besides standard UPS shipping which includes things as mailboxes Internet usage photocopying and various other services. read more

Service was horrible. Stood in line for 20 minutes. Sign above her head said they did passport photos and when I did they yelled at me "select locations!" And she said - "I'll take that sign and I'll show you it says select locations". Horrible people and I would rather go to Walgreens for this. Yeck. It's funny to see this right after the awful experience I had. Today i went to The UPS Store in Cleveland, TN to drop off an Amazon Return. I had combined 3 of them into one box. They refused to scan it because it had more than one label on the outside. I get that's "policy" but 1. Its the first I've heard of it. Ive done this before, at the same location, and they've never given me problems before. Why is it a problem today? 2. They werent helpful or empathetic at all, the staff didn't offer me extra boxes so i could split up the package to meet their demands. I was mortified. I wasted my morning. Now i have to reprint all my labels and repackage everything. Hopefully Amazon will let me change to UPS pickup because I won't be using the UPS store again unless there's no other option. read more

Location, location, location, that's the perk with this UPS store. The consistency lacks unfortunately. I've been inside several times for two separate types of services and I can't say anyone is particularly "friendly" (a word used in another review for this store). I sense I'm a nuisance and they have to get to me to move on to the next thing. I share this because it's been a repeat experience over the last couple of months. At the end of the day- this UPS does the job they advertise. :) Maybe they deserve four stars?? read more

The older woman and man ESPECIALLY are so rude. Most of the employees at this location make you feel like such an inconvenience.

Tonia was an amazing help. She had the customer's best interest at heart. The shop was clean. I felt safe and well taken care of.

Been here a few times now. Every time without fail, the employees seem absolutely miserable. Not a single smile or friendly attitude in sight. They talk to each other very rudely. Not to mention my address has been outdated for the past year but they make it seem like a hassle to change it and say it doesn't make a difference if it's the wrong one. Aggravating when you spend $70 to send all my families Christmas gifts across the country - everything should be 100% correct. Would give one star but the service itself is alright, my packages deliver on time and to the correct address. I'd recommend finding a different location though, one where you feel like they want to give you the time of day. read more

This review is late. Last Nov. I needed to ship a my grandmother's kitchen table to San Francisco. The UPS store staff did a great job packaging and shipping the table. It arrived early and in great shape with no damage. Thanks for the great work. read more

Unfortunately this is the only UPS store here in Cleveland because they have the worst customer service! Talking with their buddies ignoring customers. Then he just motions with his finger in my direction, not even looking at me or saying anything. Then he is totally rude while completing my transaction. I then have to return and again the lady is rude also complaining when all she has to do is print out a sticker and slap it on an envelope. I will go to Chattanooga and hope for better customer service skills at their stores. read more

The experience in this store would be 5 star, but, the lady working yesterday that was assisting me was awful. She had the worst attitude, complaining about the computers, other employees and the job process overall. She does not have the personality to work with the public. I enjoy the UPS store, but will have to take my business elsewhere. read more
