Recently, though, UPS is superior to USPS regarding pricing for shipping heavy items and, more importantly, delivery dates! USPS has consistently not delivered packages on their "guaranteed delivery date." So, I looked into other shipping services, and UPS was the most economical and convenient for my shipping needs at this time. This location, in particular, has been the best in terms of customer service. I've walked in when they've had a line nearly out the door and also when I was the only patron and each time I was greeted and helped with quick efficiency (mind you, I package and buy postage labels online and have the parcel ready to drop off). I definitely recommend creating a free online shipping account for the best prices and to streamline the process. I hope that this UPS will continue to provide good customer service and remain reliable with their delivery dates as they have been.

I took my favorite pair of dry clean only trousers to this dry cleaner (there is one company that…read moreowns all the dry cleaners in Cleveland, Chattanooga, and Ooltawah so there aren't other options - they are all cleaned at the same location). The trousers hadn't been cleaned since my original purchase and had gotten some tree sap on them. When I got them back the sap was still there and they had added pleats down the front and back of the leg. If you look up these trousers they clearly don't have pleats. It says "market pleats at front" which are clearly visible at the belt line and not down the legs. The cleaners said they would fix it and remove the added pleats. I got these trousers back 5 times and each time the pleats were still there and had been pressed so that the pleats were reinforced. Not only that but they had added weird creases by the seams. Finally they had sort of pressed out the front. After several attempts to get them to remove them they charged me for fixing it (so I paid twice for trousers that they ruined). When I said that the pleats weren't supposed to be there and contested that they did in fact add them the woman there actually yelled at me telling me that manufacturers pleat all pants, which is obviously not true. I went to another location where they apologized for my experience and said that the owner would call me herself. Today I when I went to pick up my trousers I was told that I was wrong about the product and that the manager had confirmed it. I was never contacted by the owner. This is the worst customer service I've experienced. They ruined my $180 trousers and not only didn't apologize they also told me I was a liar. You can look these trousers up yourself (Sézane Loulou). No pleats down the leg in any color. The owner should have at the very least called to apologize for one of their own employees yelling at me. Now I'm a dedicated non-customer and my favorite trousers are ruined.

I have used Cleveland Helping Hands for pet care and home care on many occasions, while I was out…read moreof town. At least three of the times I left my two dogs at home and Cleveland Helping Hands took care of them. This was a much better experience for my pets. One time they had to be picked up at the vet and then taken to my home. Medicine and care instructions were given by the vet for the pets and they were taken care of without any problems. My dogs get excited when they see Donna (the one who has taken care of my pets) come. When I would come back home, whether I left the dogs or not, my instructions have always been followed and everything was always found in perfect order. I will continue to use this service. They also have a Handyman Service that I have used several times for plumbing work under the house, an electrical problem I had with a breaker, and hanging cornice boards in my kitchen. This past Christmas, the handyman also helped with decorations outside the house. I highly recommend this company. Oh, I almost forgot...I also used the company for some photo editing that I needed done. The finished picture became the front of my Christmas card.
