I had two attempted deliveries and I called the next morning and spoke with a service rep. I asked them to hold it at the ship center so I could pick it up. Customer service was professional and quickly re-routed my package back to the shipment center. I went by there after work and was pretty much in and out of there in 5 minutes. It was easy and efficient. I did overhear a customer on the phone with FexEx customer service who was missing a package. Was told it was at one place - and not there, and then at this location an it was not there either. I guess it's hit or miss? My experience this time was a hit.

They then proceed to explain to me how amazingly expensive their printer is and how they need toner and they need to lease the machine and... LABEL PRINTERS ARE THERMAL, they do not use toner! YOUR LABEL PRINTER IS A DYMO 550 TURBO! 1,000 labels are $6. You print labels for shipping all the time. Absolute trash business.

Unfortunately ended up not getting one there only because found the specific model that had what was needed. I have shopped at Staples at other stores and buy quite a bit for my business and personal use because their prices are reasonable and fair. However, the customer service provided by Brian and his staff was something we don't see often anymore and he even followed up with to see if I was able to find what I was looking for. I will be shopping there again.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by a nice young lady. She allowed me to look around and didn't bother me. This store is small and very clean. Although I went during the COVID-19 scare, I still believe the store is a clean place. They also have a nice selection of office supplies, networking items and office chairs. They were completely out of hand sanitizer and toilet paper though. But that's to be expected. All in all, I like this Staples location better than the Cleveland store.

It's completely false advertising. I paid them over $500 to ship an antique Danish teak cabinet. This is what I received. The damage was just shocking and heartbreaking. Charlie threw the cabinet into a box surrounded by four pieces of foam, without so much as removing the inner shelves or wrapping the product tight with plastic wrap. It has now been three weeks since I received my destroyed piece of furniture and I've received zero compensation, despite their claims that they are working with their insurance company to process my claim.
