Woke up one day to find out my daughter accidentally broke my liquid screen on my 9 year old macbook pro. I know, I know, it was old, but it still worked, despite having some issues. It got the job done, and I frankly wasn't looking to upgrade to an expensive brand new macbook. I was hoping I would get another 2 years out of it, wishful thinking. Anyways, I called right away and Brandy answered pretty quickly, and after I explained my situation, she quickly told me what the problem was, how the screen broke, since we did not drop it and diagnosed it fairly quickly. She gave me an estimate on how much it would cost to clone my old computer and transfer to a new one. Took the new computer to M3 Solutions, and If I would of taken it earlier, it would probably been ready same day, but took it after 3 pm, on a Friday, Memorial day weekend, so they did not have it ready until Tuesday right before closing, which is what they promised me. Mind you, the file itself was pretty large. So I was very impressed with how quickly and effectively they cloned the files to the new computer. They also gave me a very reasonable bid to replace my liquid screen on the old computer and to restore it back to factory settings, remove any viruses and hopefully now, get 2-4 years out of it as a back up/family computer. Last but not least, I wanted to share how friendly and kind they are. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their gadgets serviced or repaired. M3 installed my Starlink dish in a really challenging location/situation in Maury County and did a great job! It works great, having fast internet in a remote location is seriously life changing. I'd definitely hire them again for other tech related jobs. Recommended! read more
