To say that I am 'green' when it comes to mechanical things is an understatement. If it was up to me to fix or diagnose things that break then my house would slowly become a junk yard. So when my lawn mower didn't turn over...admittedly after being left out in the rain...I didn't know what to do. Could it be electrical? Could it be mechanical? Did a mouse chew a cable? I don't know. I read great reviews about Josh, and thought I'd give him a try. He was VERY responsive on getting back to my initial inquiry, and was speedy in our communication to find a time for him to come out. His price was fair, and within a few minutes he was able to diagnose the problem and fix it. Then tuned up the lawn mower, sharpened the blades, and got it ready for Spring. What was great was that had I not been able to be home, he would have still been able to do the work. I could have just left the lawn mower out and he could have fixed it while I was out. This is the same review I posted on Google Maps. I contacted Spring Hill Mobile Mower Service to get my lawnmower serviced. I figure with it being January, it is a lot easier to get it serviced instead of waiting until March/April when everyone realizes their mowers need work. I was very impressed with Josh from start to finish. After completing the online service request form, he emailed me back within a couple of days (it was week between Christmas and New Years). He showed up exactly at the time he said he would in his email and was very professional. He serviced my lawnmower right by my house. I also want to make a comment on his honestly and integrity. I originally requested him to replace my pull cord as it was pretty loose. He stated it would be $40, which I was fine with. After looking at it, he said he could just move the stop and thus I did not need to replace my cord. He could've replaced it and I would have been okay with it, but he was honest in the fact I didn't need to do it. He also cleaned up my lawnmower, added Sta-Bil and explained everything. Overall, if you are in the Spring Hill/Thompson's Station/Franklin, TN area, do yourself a favor and give Josh a call. You will not regret it. He has a customer for life now. Last Saturday my Troy Built riding mower would not start....no click, chirp or any indication of life. I called several places but most were closed. Joshua of Spring HIll Mower Repair picked up the phone and could not have been more professional. He said my home was our of his service range but offered to troubleshoot the problem over the phone. After just a few minutes he told me the battery was dead. I have never changed a battery in my life but he walked me through all of the steps and told me where to purchase one. Our mower wouldn't start up last week. We did a quick search on Google for local lawn mower repairs and found Spring Hill Mobile Mower Service and Repair. Filled out the online form requesting service. Joshua got back to us on Monday (sent the request on Sunday). He scheduled a time and was great with communications. Joshua responded quickly and answered all of my questions before coming out.
