The associate behind the counter saw my generator and said, "I'm sorry but we do not service this brand." This person looked online to see where I could take the generator to. In the meantime, a taller gentleman came out behind the counter and took a look at the generator. He took one section off and told me what I could do to repair the generator. The gentleman than asked to try and start it, since I had been unable to. With the first pull it started immediately. I had not started the generator in over 5 years. There was also a small gas leak. The gentleman went and sourced a screw to stop the leak. I offered to pay for the service, but they all refused. I took up at least 15 minutes for 3 associates. Customer Service over and above expectation. I will aggressively recommend this business everyone. Thanks for making this customer feel special.
