Shelving leaves a lot to be desired. only a couple were of great quality and were banded all around. Others were just smoothed wood on front with rough edges on the other three sides. This does not allow for flipping the shelves during their lifetime if one side of shelf has an issue. Even after showing Andy the shelving, his comment was "are you really going to be able to feel those shelves way up there?" What?!! I paid for basically a new car's worth of cabinetry...I expect new car quality in my products! Shame Timberland!

The biggest problem with the store is management, after buying this mower I came to purchase another one in which I was called to let know that it was in, but was told I can't put it on hold for an hour for me to get from Nashville nor could I pay over the phone for it. When I got there, I was told several different stories that it was sold that it wasn't in stock. It had been sold and that it wasn't available for sale yet and that it was on hold for an employee who is waiting to get paid the next day or so either way manager on duty Kim, I believe said no they do not hold an autumn even for employees, but when she went back, they had hid the mower over in garden behind some trees. Finally, it was found, and the manager of that department said he was saving it for his friend Chris. It makes you wonder how long they've been doing this and what process they have been marking them down to their friends for as this Moore had been marked down as a return.
