This place is filled from floor to ceiling, no embellishment, with doors, windows, mantels, hardware, door knobs, lights, handles, cabinets and other items. While majority of the items were aged quite a bit, it did appear that they had some new build doors and such if that is what you are after. Honestly, I think 50% of the inventory is doors of some variety, and I wasn't mad it! It is such a cool space to wander around for a bit. We stopped by looking for antique furniture and while they have a few pieces, that is not what this place is about. Even though we didn't find what we were after, it was cool to wander up and down the hallways and through the maze of rooms scoping out the goods...we really loved some of the windows and lights they have hanging around. Some absolutely beautiful, and pricey, finds that I could see absolutely making a space! The staff was pleasant and friendly, she greeted us when we were walking around and again as we were leaving. Overall, I could see the need and popularity of a place like this, especially when it comes to remodeling, replacing or upgrading a space.

I appreciate when they let us know about things they are collecting - right now you can bring in empty clean prescription bottles that they are collecting for a vet's office! I appreciate the educating they do on their socials - both on how you can use the products they offer and how to be a conscientious consumer in general.

I could not be more pleased. Was everything perfect? No .. but darn near. Most impressive was my inability to convince anyone at Guthrie to commit to a schedule they were unable to meet -- and believe me, I tried! It's an extremely professional group of people, from design, to project management, to individually skilled craftsmen. If the electrician was due on Monday, he or she arrived promptly on Monday. Each worker was polite, courteous, considerate, and did their part of the project efficiently. The project manager answered my questions promptly, and since it was my first experience, I had a lot of questions. The end product is a beautiful and functional kitchen. This review is related to At Home's new delivery service…read more Should you elect to use this chain store's new delivery service, just clearly understand, in advance before ordering, that should anything you paid for be missing from your order when it's delivered, the chain/local store will not address the problem. They make you, the Consumer, do that, which I think is all kinds of wrong!!!! Luckily, the items missing from my order were the least expensive ones. My biggest issue is the fact that they want to hand off any problems to the Consumer!!! The chain website does not indicate that you personally will have to deal with any missing items from your delivery. It says to contact their customer care team for assistance. Unfortunately, when I did that, they told me to reach out directly to the delivery service. Personally, I don't think this is going to be a workable, long-term solution for them. Certainly, it's not workable for me. I would never use this again.

Despite numerous employees, forget anyone helping you because you'll soon discover that all the other customers have "made a reservation." Okay, that's an easy issue to solve in the future. Without a "reservation" we were encouraged to scan QR codes for each display to determine available finishes, prices, and measurements. But not even the most modern phones could scan the world's tiniest QR codes throughout the store. The lighting is odd within the store, so significant that you cannot clearly determine whether the color or finish you're considering would look appropriate in your bathroom at home. All of their competitor's stores are sufficiently lit. As we looked for a top to our bathroom vanity, we learned Ferguson doesn't sell vanity tops. They only sell the entire vanity. We have seven-foot-long bathroom vanities in all of our bathrooms like everyone else in our neighborhood does. It's not unusual. However, Ferguson's vanities apparently max out at six feet, so this was obviously no use to us. And don't even get us started on how convoluted the Ferguson website is! We ended up designing our two remodeled bathrooms at a different store.

I tried ordering from their website, which is great and user friendly, but due to the location, was unable to. I found their FAQ said they often extend their delivery radius for extra cost and based on availability, that being said I gave them a ring to see if it was possible. I can't remember who I spoke to, I believe it was Melissa, but she was wonderful! Checked the schedule said they had availability to make the delivery and that if I decided to go that route, just to give her a call. After a bit more research, I decided on their Appreciation arrangement, and asked for as much yellow as possible, as it's my stepmothers favorite color. They definitely delivered! The arrangement was absolutely beautiful, delivered promptly and in a vase. Our note was included and I would definitely consider ordering from them again if the time arises. My stepmother lit up when she saw them and said it's one of the most beautiful bouquets she's every received.
