I don't typically shop this store , however I was in the market for a large glass jar to make pickled eggs . I was gonna try the dress for less (Ross) in the next shopping center but the turning lane to get in no joke, was about 1/2 mile long .. anyways , I found what I was looking for . A huge jar with a lid for $10 and it fits in my fridge . Because it was so reasonable , we got a really sharp bread knife too . This store is good for some stuff but not everything . A lot of junk and I feel overwhelmed . Like too many selections and aisles for me but some people like that . It's like a hobby lobby on steroids. Buyer beware!!!! This review is related to At Home's new delivery service. Should you elect to use this chain store's new delivery service, just clearly understand, in advance before ordering, that should anything you paid for be missing from your order when it's delivered, the chain/local store will not address the problem. They make you, the Consumer, do that, which I think is all kinds of wrong!!!! Luckily, the items missing from my order were the least expensive ones. My biggest issue is the fact that they want to hand off any problems to the Consumer!!! The chain website does not indicate that you personally will have to deal with any missing items from your delivery. It says to contact their customer care team for assistance. Unfortunately, when I did that, they told me to reach out directly to the delivery service. Personally, I don't think this is going to be a workable, long-term solution for them. Certainly, it's not workable for me. I would never use this again. read more

I was in the store #113 on Annex Ave buying an area rug. The most helpful, kind knowledgeable employee named Bre helped us. She even helped fold a very large area rug so it would fit in our car and even carried out to the car. Bre is amazing!!!! read more

This store is a disorganized mess with incompetent, unhelpful staff. I drove 45 minutes out of my way to go to this store to purchase a canvas wall art piece to not be helped at all. No assistance, no compassion, NOTHING. The aisles were all in complete disarray and chaos. ALL of the canvas art pieces were strewn about on the floor. After 10 minutes of digging, I asked two employees to help me locate the item that was clearly in stock according to the website AND the UPC finder in store. I get that sometimes the websites can be inaccurate as inventory is ever-changing but I was blatantly told that the item was indeed in stock, *somewhere* that would require a little elbow grease to locate but it is the year 2022, where everyone is self-righteous for a big payout for little to no work in exchange. The associates were simply too lazy and uninterested in actually helping me as their version of assistance included a quick glance of the scattered merchandise in the aisle and completely discounting what the system indicated as the canvas was in stock but might have needed to be located in the back. After they proved to not want to help me, they had the nerve to leave me in the aisle without an explanation or apology. I was dumbfounded as I was left alone in the aisle wondering where the two employees went as they seemingly went on about their day as if I never even existed. I don't think I've ever had a retail experience quite as frustrating as this one but I won't be returning to this location. I guess I'll have to resort to paying extra on their website to have the item shipped to me since their lazy staff want to get paid for doing nothing. read more

I love this place! They have so many options for everything! I especially love their pots. You can find a ton that are priced really low.

If you remember Garden Ridge that used to be in Hickory Hollow (what's that been now, a decade ago?)-- this is what they rebranded to. It's the same company, same merchandise, same price range. For cheap trendy home decor, this place has plenty of variety on the shelves. If you're looking for high quality, this isn't likely the place for you. However if you want a step up from Old Time Pottery, check it out. Mostly home decor, but a large selection of kitchen/bath to be found. Give it a stroll, pick up some cute accent pieces, but don't expect them to become family heirloom pieces (does anyone do that much anymore in today's society, anyway?). read more

I came here for the first time the other day and I just wasn't impressed at all. I think what's most disappointing is that in theory this is a dream come true for anyone with interest in home decor....if only anything here was anything of any quality or value to be found. All of the home decor and furniture is of the obviously mass produced kind, uninspired, wreaking of the warehouse, probably unsafe materials, ready to fall apart if you touch it. Just absolutely nothing special or unique about anything here. I don't see this store lasting long, expect to see it close within the year. read more

Difficult to find staff available in the store. After walking to the back of the location I found 2 male employees who were willing to provide assistance with unloading my return. They were the only positive experience in this store. The inconvenienced front cashier rep was rude, short when I asked if she wanted me to follow her to a further back register. She was incapable of understanding what I was saying when I questioned how the return would occur. Ultimately, the Cashier said the computer will tell us what to do and to wait for it. We waited 5 minutes for a manager to come to the front of store because we needed her override since only a partial amount was returned tot he card. I ultimately received horrible customer service from a young lackluster manager. After I questioned their desire to give me partial store credit though I was clear on wanting a refund and was within the allotted 60days return policy and still provided the original receipt and box, I still can't wrap my head around the illogical conversations that ended with the manager taking an annoyed sigh and saying, "fine just put the remaining return on her card." When I said thank you she looked at me making no sound, just provided a fake "go F*** yourself" type smile. The cashier rep then sarcastically said with the most unprofessional smirk" have a great day and make sure you don't trip on your way out!" I looked to see where Incould trip but the closest thing to me was a warehouse guy standing off to the side with a cart who was in no way impeding my exit. Thus, making the comment all the more passive aggressive. No desire or ability to recommend that anyone give AT Home their business. Everybody has a bad day, but There is no excuse for poor customer service from the top down. read more

So glad I went to this place! Didn't realize it was associated with HGTV, I was not disappointed by the selection. They had so much to choose from, and it is a great place if you are looking for things to decorate a house. This was our first visit to this place and to be honest, I was in awe when I walked in the doors!! So many wonderful, well-priced items. I have spent over 20yrs in retail and in my opinion, they offered a clean, shopable, organized environment with great displays! I'd like to make special mention of Adam, who helped us tremendously in making our selection and Richard, a member of management we spoke with, who was very kind also. How incredibly disappointing! Big step backwards for Nashville West. Went in for the first time today and found isle after isle of junk. Yes, there are a few things that I might buy---like cheap patio chair cushions, or a paper towel holder, but the rugs are super cheap looking, art is K-Mart quality, even shower curtains and clothes hangers looked like they came from the cheesiest factory in China.
