Upon my wife and I looking at their website we found that the consultation was free. but when I spoke to whoever answered the phone, they said that was an old website and the consultation would be $150. My wife and I were turned off because they did not want to honor what was on their website. This is my first time getting a trust and I was trying to get information on the cost and everything else I had called six other trust attorney's after speaking to the receptionist. they all have a free consultation. I think the initial consultation should be free to decide who should I use for my trust. I also understand that time is money. My analogy is if you can have a general contractor come out and give you a free estimate and ask questions and decide who you were gonna use should be the same in other professions.
