I don't know what to say. The person who helped me get my resume and cover letter done was very professional and flexible. I know I'm in rush to get the stuff done, but she came through with it. I can see why people goes to this company. Easy payment (pay half now and pay rest later or pay all at once..which I did). Do I recommend people to this company? Of course. Plenty of styles to choose, but maybe they can more styles in the future. If you don't know what to add on your resume, the person will work with you on this issue. Well worth paying. read more

I'm beyond impressed with this whole experience. And the cost value, really, is almost a bit unbelievable (I did resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn assistance). My resume expert Melissa was a joy to work with. She is responsive, smart, direct, savvy in her writing, and has a sunny personality to boot. Working through a couple of drafts, we probably had a dozen + short email exchanges and a handful of phone calls to craft the resume I've been wanting to have on hand now for quite a while. My work experience was really eclectic, and she helped me describe and lay details out in a way that maintained focus. The design element of the resume is gorgeous and I think very appropriate for the times. I just feel fortunate to have found this company in my research. Thank you, all. read more

I quit my job to find a career and the first thing I did was update my resume. So much has changed through the years on what to disclose to future employers. I wanted some professional assistance because I realize there is a lot of competition out there and your resume gives you that one chance to shine. I searched online for a Resume Professional and called various companies in the Sacramento region leaving a lot of messages and most of them got back to me the following day. Nichole picked right up and I didn't want to delay the process. Nichole asked a lot of questions regarding my expertise and catered it around my talents and performance level. I received the resume in a timely manner and immediately started submitting it to various employers at job fairs, online and in person. The CEO at one particular company even stated it was an impressive resume. I know what he meant... my work experience, achievements, education, etc. were listed clearly and concisely. The style of my Cover Letter and Resume were A+! I was amazed at how everything stood out and the columns were laid out. Ms. Nichole Bridges is amazing at what she does and I will continue utilizing her talents in the future! read more
