The guy butchered our carpet, it looked like a child repaired it! For 6 months we called we pleaded. Please fix our carpet. We just wanted it done right. The past 8 months have been a nightmare. It basically got fixed- not back to the correct and original way but at least it's better. We paid $600 to get it fixed. And we are STILL waiting for the "check" he sent us in the mail! We let them in our home. We trusted them. What kind of business would do this? They don't call us back. They are not taking responsibility for what they did.
