This was one of the most careless and unprofessional experiences I've ever had with any business,…read morelet alone a law firm. I hired them to prepare a simple form, and they couldn't even get my name right. The first draft had it wrong, I corrected them, and they STILL continued to misspell it multiple times, in different ways, throughout the document. Even when I showed up in person to sign, they had to reprint paperwork on the spot because, once again, my name was incorrect. There is absolutely no excuse for that level of incompetence on a legal documents. Communication was just as bad. I constantly had to chase them down to get anything done. At one point, people were calling me just to tell me someone else would call me-completely pointless and a waste of time. Then they had the nerve to overcharge me for it. They billed me for every single interaction-multiple staff members, text messages, and even "research time." Yet when I went to the courthouse to file the paperwork, I was told I couldn't because it included a paragraph that has been outdated since 2011. So they charged me for "research" they clearly didn't do. The final product looked sloppy and thrown together, like a copy-and-paste template with my information carelessly filled in. Do not use this law firm. They are disorganized, inattentive, and will waste your time and money.

As soon as he guided me on exactly what to do, the process finally started moving and everything sped up. Not only that, but months later I contacted him again regarding my mom's green card, which had been pending for 4 months. Once again, he responded, advised me properly, and shortly after, we had success. He truly went above and beyond -- more than he had to -- and showed genuine care for my family's situation. If you truly care about your loved ones and want to give them a better life in the United States, I strongly recommend contacting Michael Smallbone. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly makes a difference. Thank you for everything you've done for our family.

Instead of making sure I was treated fair in my case he would rather help the oposing sides legal team with demands that were for one not ordered by the judge and two against my interests in the matter. Once he realized I was not going to help him make things easier for the opposing lawyer etc, he quit with a motion to withdraw. He quit before I could even speak to the matter and defend myself against lies and accusations spoken against me. He quit before doing the job we paid him for. So if you want a lawyer that does not care if his clients get treated fair or not and takes your money without completing the job you hired him for then Bob is your guy... no problem taking payment then leaving you hanging without council and thousands of dollars thrown to the wind.

Our recent claim process began as a traumatic nightmare with our agent and his office distancing…read morethemselves from us entirely. In our experience, we had never suffered a complete loss on a vehicle so naturally, we sought guidance from our agent, Derek Simmons and office manager, Stephen Scarbrough. Not only were they hands off but also treated us with great disdain during the process. Mr. Scarbrough hung up on me twice when I requested needed documents and phone calls were not returned by Mr. Simmons. As when asked why his office seemed so put off in guiding us through the unexpected, Mr. Scarbrough replied, "We're the sales office, we handle sales. That's our focus.". Then he hung up. At least he was honest. As soon as a claim was in play, the agent/client relationship died as did their customer service skills.
