I sent a request through their online form after business hours, and I had a response at 8 AM the next day. I met with Justin, and he was friendly and professional. I told him I had had a bad experience in the past with an accountant charging me hourly and ending up with a huge bill. He agreed to give me a set price and told me about it up front. No hidden fees. I got him my paperwork about 3 weeks before the deadline, and he had everything done within a week. He called with bad news-I owed a TON of money, but he did a great job of helping me find things that I could expense that I missed. He helped reduce what I owed by about a quarter. He helped me file for both my small businesses-real estate and photography, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend him!

They were really dumb errors (copying the wrong number over; not including any insurance on my rental costs). The worst part is he wouldn't call or email me back when I was still really nice and asked him. I was actually going to fix the first issue myself but upon the closer look I found the other issue... Perhaps there's more). It would likely take him 10 minutes to fix but now I need to redo the entire return in TurboTax so everything is calculated correctly.
