I sent a request through their online form after business hours, and I had a response at 8 AM the next day. I met with Justin, and he was friendly and professional. I told him I had had a bad experience in the past with an accountant charging me hourly and ending up with a huge bill. He agreed to give me a set price and told me about it up front. No hidden fees. I got him my paperwork about 3 weeks before the deadline, and he had everything done within a week. He called with bad news-I owed a TON of money, but he did a great job of helping me find things that I could expense that I missed. He helped reduce what I owed by about a quarter. He helped me file for both my small businesses-real estate and photography, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend him!

Luckily I searched through Yelp and despite it being a chaotic late filing season for many taxpayers, Jon was responsive, efficient and flexible in contacting me for more information and helping me organize all my documents. He worked with me on cost and met with me multiple times within a single week to ensure that everything was addressed and filed prior to the deadline. The most important aspect to me however was his knowledge and confidence in addressing my anxiety and ignorance. To me this was all a completely new experience. It is hard to put into words the panic you feel when you open a letter stating you owe the government thousands of dollars, but not only did Jon assuage every worry I had, he also saved me over $8,000.
