They need to close the store in Tullahoma Tennessee. Worst service in the world I am glad I don't…read morelive here and have to deal with this store on day to day business . I was visiting from Florida got my uncle a phone they didn't tell I needed a release code form the old carrier they told me it would take 72 hours to transfer the number to the new phone 72 hour passed I call them thats when I was told I needed a transfer code from the old company why didn't they tell me that great bit of information up front instead of it will take 72 hour to transfer unbelievable the people the hire that don't know anything about t-mobile phones or how the company is ran...!

Absolutely horrible people to deal with.. Run far away & find a better provider…read more . Staff is incompetent doesn't do it's job and as a result T-Mobile Corporate claims I owe them for two months of service I never had. . I got a T-Mobile home WiFi Hotspot and was told by both T-Mobile corporate and from this retailer that there was a ZERO cost trial period & no charges would be incurred if opt'd not to keep and was returned during the trial period. . I returned the Hotspot during trial period & retailers Rep filled out return docs & I as well as my wife who was with me were told tha's all there was to be done and that the activation fee would be refunded a few days later. . The activation refund happened as promised so that much was fine. Fast forward 2 months T-Mobile is trying to collect 2 months of which I never even had their device or service. . T-Mobile corporate stated to me the day prior that retailer did not do their job & as a result put me on the hook for 2 months of service I was never provided. Add to this T-Mobile corporate refuses to correct the billing issue even fully seeing that there was absolutely zero activity after the so called free no cost trial period. . Its been nearly 20 years since I last had T-Mobile service and clearly nothing has changed or improved with customer service and was the reason I parted ways back then. . I will say this.. It will be a cold day in Hell before I ever consider T-Mobile as an option or they see a dime out of me. T-Mobile customer service is an absolute joke both at corporate & this retailer. . Save yourself frustration & dealing with their bullshit & look to Verizon, AT&T, Spectrum etc as best option. . Fyi - horrible customer service trumps any possible positives in products. SMH

I appreciate the service I received from the installer when I changed from spectrum to cumberland…read moreconnect. He made sure that everything was cleaned up when he was done, explained everything thoroughly. thank you Shawn!

Buyer beware! I've worked with EnterSource for install and then an antenna remount after a new…read moreroof was put on. Install: 1st visit: technician showed up and we spoke about plans for a new roof and told him I didn't want to have to move it if we could just install it once and be done. No problem he says. Finds a location and tells me I'll have to trim some tree limbs and we will be good to go. Also tells me whoever installed the antenna the first time has the wires installed wrong. By the way he mentioned if HughesNet needs some to verify anything he is the guy they call, plus he does all the spot checks on his installers. 2nd visit:. A second technician comes out says that HughesNet will not allow them to put the antenna where I was promised...they hook up an old antenna on the roof. 3rd visit: Prior to this visit I call the office for an explanation. I said I paid for the equipment and am not renting it so why was old equipment used (items left over from old owners of my house)? Also why was I promised the antenna could be mounted one place and now it can't? They said they would send out the orginal technician to look. When he arrived he stated he thought they could mount an antenna to the side of the house but he was mistaken...I thought he was the guy HughesNet called and spot checks his installers? Roof antenna remount: Prior to getting HughesNet I asked them can I get a non-penetrating antenna mount on a 3/12 and 7/12 roof? I was told absolutely we do it all the time. I went online and purchased a mount... 1st visit (starting to notices trend): technician shows up and says that HughesNet does not allow ANY company to mount on metal roofs especially a non-penetrating mount. And leaves...maybe on property 10 minutes. EnterSource office calls and says they only way to get that type of mount is to have HughesNet add an exception to the account. I called HughesNet and they said our installers know they can do it and it does not require anything added to the account, after asking for them to add some verbage they do. I call EnterSource back and they said ok, however we have to order the mount and it will take 3-4 days to get. 2nd visit: technician (same as before for remount and the HughesNet verifier and spot check) arrives. Immediately upon exiting he says, "I'm not even sure why I'm out here!" Mind you on this visit he never got on a ladder or left the ground. He walks around the property and says nope there isn't any place to put an antenna. I said you were suppose to bring a mount out. He says we are only allowed to place mounts on flat roofs. He also was going to mount to the side of the house (which I thought they couldn't) but trees grew more then expected and if there was a way to put on the roof the trees would block the antenna (which 2 weeks ago service was great and leaves were on the tree). The technician then shows me the note of what he was suppose to do (verify LED lights are lit on modem...serious!). Before he leaves he says my best option is to get a hotspot from my cellular dealer and use that. When HughesNet called they said I agreed with the technician to cancel my subscription! I need the internet for my job...and I do some work from home. At this point I tell HughesNet that isn't even the truth. I recall my entire ordeal with EnterSource and tell them I want another contractor that wants to work and tell the truth.
