Long story short the washer still bangs around and my clothes still leave the dryer full of dog hair! I literally just want them to come get them and refund me! Went in again today after a few years, again for a small part, figuring everyone has an off day so I'd try again. Wrong. I'm sure if I was going to buy a whole system they'd be all over it. But, because it was a small component the guy told me what I needed to provide without the slightest "let me help you out" attitude. Finally just left after realizing I had "ruined" his day, (without what I needed). It's his business to run any way he likes but I'll never darken his door steps again and I'm sure he couldn't care less.

I had a bathroom ceiling light/exhaust/heater that quit heating. I took it to them & they showed me the bad part (for free) looked it up from their suppliers & found they couldn't order it, but sent me home with the correct information and told me if I spent a few hours on the internet I could probably find it. More like 2 days, but I found the part ordered it and then decided that I should have them install it, so I didn't end up burning down my house. They put it together and tested it for me, for free! They repair flat screen TVs & all household appliances. They also sell & install. Hometown service & just good guys. They've won me over as a customer.
