I originally had a service call for my ac unit Kyle/Jeremy were the technicians that work on my unit. after diagnosing the issues they talk to me about the problem and discussed with me my options going forward. They took photos to support the issues that they were discussing with me. I had them make minor repairs to this unit until I could get quotes for a new unit, my unit was older then 20 yrs. I had Higdon Service install a new HVAC/Heat Pump unit for me. Again John/Jayden were the install technician, they did a very professional job installing this unit during the rainy "ALL" day that we had, they completed the installation in one day. In a panic I called three companies and left voicemails with my situation with all three, and Mike at Williams Heating and Cooling was the first one to call me back, within 10 minutes (and only one that day!). He was at my house in less than fifteen minutes. Mike was incredible. Quickly diagnosed the problem, showing me what he was doing the whole time, talked me through some options, and got us fixed within an hour and a half, probably closer to an hour. I have nothing but positive things to say about Mike and this company. I went from panicked and in a hot house to being able to focus on my wife and child in a cool house much faster than I would have expected. I was shocked he was at my door about mid morning. The motor to my unit was shot. Another company did our install, but Austin took the time to check to see if we had any warranty left. Turns out we did! The new motor was in Huntsville and they drove all the way over picked up the parts and had our system up and running by 5:00pm.
