I experienced exceptional service today. This morning I woke to a call about a family member passing to COVID. I rushed home to grieve with the rest of my family. Within hours, we found ourselves planning grave plots and funeral plans. This is the last thing we thought we would be doing when we woke in the morning. The Flying Locksmiths came to the rescue and opened both safes which were left with mystery passcodes and filled with important documents. Not only were they the only ones I could reach who were able to open the safes, but they came almost immediately. They wore their masks the entire time and were so so kind. I hope I am never in this situation ever again, but I feel as though I can rest easier knowing that there are wonderful people who I can count on to make this whole process that much easier. I have a less common multi-point lock on a sunroom door that other locksmiths said they could not fix. I called the Flying Locksmiths and LaNette happily researched my lock and door models to learn as much as they could to help me troubleshoot my lock. The locksmith Ken was on time and super friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed learning from him as he pointed out what was wrong with my lock. His expertise I'm sure helped save me from having to buy a new multipoint lock system or worse, a new door! What was supposed to be a 1-day job turned into a 2-3 days job by no fault of theirs. Although things took longer than they anticipated, they stuck by the quote and simply worked longer. The system works pretty well (not as fast as I would have preferred, but that is likely the hardware and not the labor) and I am very happy with the install. They did a great job for us. We had a break-in and the lock was cut through. The Flying Locksmiths were the only ones who agreed to come out same day and help us. Ken was our locksmith, and he was fantastic. He got the lock replaced quickly. It took some ingenuity because of the way the lock had been cut, but he handled it great. Water was coming in the back doors of 2 units in my Office Center every time it rained. They scheduled and completed the job which detailed replacing the doors, locks, ect. The doors look great just waiting to see if it stops the rain from coming in. I feel they took the extra time to ensure the problem is fixed, just waiting on it to rain and see.
