We got locked out of our house today (pregnancy brain mixed with being in a rush) and called Madison Locksmith & Safe for help since they were closer-ish to us. There were no immediately available technicians in the area, but the man we spoke with was determined to help us out. Russ came to us within 20 minutes after shutting down shop to help us, keeping us out of the heat and getting us back in before thunderstorms in the afternoon. Called about noon on a Thursday, described my situation: a residential service call, told them it wasn't an emergency, no hurry since I would be outside mowing the yard. They told me how much it would be, I agreed, they said "see you soon". About 30-40 minutes later Chris arrived. Called ALL of the locksmiths in the area and they were the most reasonably priced. Lowest Service Fee to come out and competitive prices per cylinder re-key (I had keys, so it was just a simple re-key). Everyone was very friendly! I let them know when I called yesterday that I wouldn't know until after they closed if I could set up the appointment for today. He said it was fine and to call them early today. I called a little before 7:00 a.m. and they were able to come out today at a time that was convenient for me. The gentleman knew what he was doing! He was punctual, friendly and amazingly quick.
