Absolutely the very best, cheapest, and most professional locksmith I've ever needed. Lost my one and only set of keys, God only knows where, and Tom was at my house in LITERALLY 5 mins, TOPS!!! Called a 5 Star Locksmith because my key fob stopped working with my car. Installed a new battery in the fob and it still was not synching with the car. Called a 5 Star Locksmith to see if perhaps it had somehow been reprogrammed or something. The technician was great. He asked if I had checked the vehicle battery, which is what he referred to as a "starting point" for troubleshooting. I had not even considered it, duh... he also told me where the manual key slot was for the driver door, behind a cover plate which I was able to pry off and access. Was able to unlock the doors and sure enough, car battery was completely dead!! Saved me all kinds of trouble and expense of reprogramming the fob!! My sincerest thanks.... read more

Our son accidentally locked his keys in the car before we had a spare set made. Tom responded quickly with a reasonable quote. It was great timing, he was able to get us into the car quickly. We then requested a quote to have the spare key on hand cut and programmed. He again came through with a reasonable quote and we had him do the work. It was then we learned that the spare key we had bought "online" and were sent had a bad chip and required extra labor to program and code.
