However, after two days of no return call to schedule a service date, I called precision which quoted me next day for $850 . Called Overhead Door Company that quoted me $490 next day service. Technician called me 30 min before arrival. Very professional and fast. Job was complete in about 20 min. New motor works great and very pleased.

They had what I needed and an appointment was set up for the opener to be installed in less than 24 hours. Buddy showed up. He was pleasant and personable while he worked at a fast speed taking the old opener off and installing the new opener. He replaced the spring and rollers for two garage doors. Afterwords he lubed both garage doors. His work was excellent. He was efficient and fast. We have more garage door openers to replace and will call next week to schedule an appointment. They never…read morecalled me, I had to call them. around 3 in the afternoon, on Friday, 2 Technician's helpers showed up with no tools, just a meter. The made some checks and determined my system was "out of Freon." They left about 3:30pm. They were closed for the weekend. My house is burning up. On Monday I called them and they said someone would be out that afternoon. House is getting hotter. On Tuesday I called back and they said it would be Wednesday before they would be back. I made some calls, and was able to get someone to come out. They found my system was 2lb low on Freon. Serviced my system, house is fine at 74 Deg. I called Lovelace back and fired them. They don't care about the customer. They don't treat you like your business is important to them. The lady I talked to was very nonchalant the whole time I dealt with them. Do yourself a favor and find a good company that treats the customer right.
