Alex described the features and benefits of each of the materials as well as some details of installation protocol. Before signing up, I did some quick research that verified that what Alex has said was spot-on. Alex and his sales manager, Kristian, were available and ready to answer any questions I had before, during, and after the installation. The warranty obligates OC, not the installer. My materials warranty is 50 years with no proration and is one-time transferable to a new owner. My OC workmanship warranty is 10 years. The warranty also covers wind resistance to blow-off up to 130 mph for 15 years and algae resistance for 25 years. Tear-off, full installation, and cleanup were done in one day flat. The crew was roughly a dozen people, who started at 6:30 AM and finished in 12 hours. The size and skill of the crew made quick completion possible. The representative said by the end of the day or at the latest, first thing in the morning. Its been nearly 72 hours now yet no estimate. If they would have just owned up to mistakes and said they would do better, I would forgive an never write a poor review. Their obstinance tells me they are too arrogant for that. I don't care how cheap the estimates is, I would not trust the work they would do on my house.

Trust is key when you are dealing with something that you as the homeowner cannot possibly inspect yourself - you have to rely on the folks you've hired to do things like a roof because you can't always see what the completed work looks like. Unfortunately, I've lost trust in One Stop Roofing because on multiple occasions I've found issues after they assured me they had either (a) corrected them, or (b) had looked everything over to make sure there were no other issues. Just today I had to repair a damaged gutter guard that they kicked in while on my roof - leaving the gutter wide open during leaf season. Had I not been on my ladder replacing a camera battery, I would have never known. And it would have been obvious to them they did this - it was at the point where they would climb on my roof. Other issues are apparent in the pictures. I hope I can learn to trust in them again since they claim to offer a 10 year labor warranty, but today I'm at a loss for words. The feeling I came away with is they are only going to fix what they think you might catch.
