The representative said by the end of the day or at the latest, first thing in the morning. Its been nearly 72 hours now yet no estimate. If they would have just owned up to mistakes and said they would do better, I would forgive an never write a poor review. Their obstinance tells me they are too arrogant for that. I don't care how cheap the estimates is, I would not trust the work they would do on my house.

During the last storm where winds were intense, a piece of vinyl siding came off. We had Champion…read moreput vinyl siding on about 12 years ago. Hubs called and made an appointment for people to come check the damage. Two men came by at the appointed time. Both were knowledgeable and checked the whole house out. A couple of weeks later they returned with the matching color vinyl siding and extra pieces. It turns out when they inspected the house they saw a few pieces that needed to be replaced. They were outside working over two hours to replace pieces and repairing the spot where a piece of siding came off. The total cost to us was the one time service call. We are very happy with the customer service and the work provided by Champion. They exceeded our expectations.

When I requested a new screen, it came apart from the frame, Champion tried to charge a service fee of $100. so I contacted the original salesman, who no longer worked for Champion and he called the local and regional Champion office telling them NOT to add a service fee because he had waived any and all fees! Champion repaired the screen at no charge to me. Recently I requested service again because of a leaking window and (again) bad screen. This time they want to charge me a $130. service fee and refuse to honor the agreement I was sold - LIFETIME FREE PARTS REPLACEMENT! Champion said my original salesman no longer works there so they won't honor the agreement! He didn't work there last time either, Champion is looking for excuses to not honor their agreement! I have not repaired the screen nor window - going to write their CEO! The woman at the Portland office has a bad attitude and that was also the case with one in Georgia! I can also involve my original salesman. Unethical company!

Supposedly one service tech in the area. He was supposed to be at my home at 11:00 am but no show and no contact. I called the office to be told he is in Mt. Pleasant and can't help me until this afternoon. Office can't tell me why he wasn't here on time and why I wasn't contacted about delay. Company has NO concern about customer's time after getting paid!! Don't use these frauds! The "technician" called and apologized for "forgetting" my appointment! I asked how he could forget an appointment if he wrote his schedule down. No answer. Said he could probably be there between 2:00 and 3;30pm. Obviously the customers time is unimportant to this idiot. Manager called and I asked why his customers time was unimportant to them after they were paid. Unable to answer. He was unable to answer how his "technician" can forget appointments if they are scheduled. Promised my appointment was scheduled. Again, avoid these people. I'm now talking to the Augusta office and asking for a total refund and removal of all their crap. Their "Technician" just left. All he could fix was the stopper. He tried adjusting the temperature setting of the of the supply hand valve and can't make it as hot as before. Still luke warm. He used his calibrated hand to tell us the water is as hot as that coming out of the other shower and kitchen sink. I called him out on that because he has no thermometer other than his hand. He is supposed to get new cartridge. I think the entire valve is bad because he can't get it to open to the fully open position on the valve. This has been a soup sandwich from the beginning. I'm so done with these people.

I really wanted to avoid having to write a negative review, but I've had so many negative…read moreexperiences since my roof was put on that I do not believe it is fair to other consumers for me to stay silent. Trust is key when you are dealing with something that you as the homeowner cannot possibly inspect yourself - you have to rely on the folks you've hired to do things like a roof because you can't always see what the completed work looks like. Unfortunately, I've lost trust in One Stop Roofing because on multiple occasions I've found issues after they assured me they had either (a) corrected them, or (b) had looked everything over to make sure there were no other issues. Just today I had to repair a damaged gutter guard that they kicked in while on my roof - leaving the gutter wide open during leaf season. Had I not been on my ladder replacing a camera battery, I would have never known. And it would have been obvious to them they did this - it was at the point where they would climb on my roof. Other issues are apparent in the pictures. I hope I can learn to trust in them again since they claim to offer a 10 year labor warranty, but today I'm at a loss for words. The feeling I came away with is they are only going to fix what they think you might catch.
