Alex described the features and benefits of each of the materials as well as some details of installation protocol. My materials warranty is 50 years with no proration and is one-time transferable to a new owner. My OC workmanship warranty is 10 years. The warranty also covers wind resistance to blow-off up to 130 mph for 15 years and algae resistance for 25 years. Tear-off, full installation, and cleanup were done in one day flat.
