While I was interviewing roofing contractors to reroof my hail damaged roofs, my son mentioned that I should also consider meeting with Advanced Roofing and Construction, based on his recent experience with them, and I am glad that I did, for the reasons that follow. I highly recommend Advanced Roofing & Construction for the excellent job they did on the replacement of my hail damaged home and standalone garage roofs. In particular, I commend them for their knowledge and expertise related to the requirements and process to achieve a Fortified High Wind & Hail Impact Resistant roof meeting Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety (IBHS) standards. Having this certification allowed me to obtain a significant reduction on my Home Owners Insurance policy. Working with Advanced Roofing was much easier than I expected, considering the specialized nature of the High Wind & Hail Resistant asphalt roofs they installed. The Owner was very involved in the process for the more complicated aspects, and he gave me a good comfort level that he and his team knew what they were doing and how they would meet IBHS Fortified Roof requirements. Another aspect of this project that I very much liked, was not having to turn-off my A/C during the reroofing process, as other roofing contractors required, using Advanced Roofing's innovative approach. Considering the unusually hot summer we experienced, this was a huge blessing. Onsite supervision of the work crews and work processes were essential to me. I did not have to involve myself directly with the roofers, as I had seen with my neighbors and their roofing contractors. The onsite supervision was excellent and very responsive to my concerns. They kept my yard (worksite), safe and clean. My questions and comments were followed-up and followed-through in a timely manner. The entire work process was well organized and the work teams were very professional and courteous throughout the reroofing process. They cleaned up the work debris concurrent with the deroofing and reroofing processes and ran magnets throughout the work area to retrieve nails and screws and other metal debris ongoing throughout the project. Final cleanup was excellent. Based on the aforementioned, I highly recommend Brandon Foote and his Advanced Roofing & Construction team. read more

I would, without any hesitation, highly recommend Advanced Roofing and Construction. Rusty Enzer and Clark Walker were extremely communicative and prompt throughout the entire process from the estimate to the installation and through to the final inspection. The cost was very reasonable and I appreciated three very comprehensive estimates and many shingle choices plus a notice that I could call anytime with any questions. Installation was quick and the roof looks fantastic. I don't remember the name of the person who I initially spoke to but they should also be mentioned as part of this review. They clearly heard everything I said when we spoke to them and did exactly what I'd asked them to do. This was a completely stress-free experience; we greatly want to thank you for that! I must add that we have a lot of gardens and plants surrounding the house that we know presented a real challenge to Clark and this roofing team. They didn't damage a single plant! We were amazed and thankful! The cleanup was also absolutely thorough and couldn't find a single debris anywhere. This team and this company should be extremely proud of themselves because this level of professionalism with a personal touch is very rare these days. If you need a roof inspected or repaired/replaces, do yourself a favor and give these folks a call! read more

During a very critical and short-notice period of time for my family, I recently sought services in which I called on Brandon and his incredible staff for their expertise and Advanced Roofing & Construction, LLC delivered and they met the needs of our family. Unsure of what exactly to do during this most recent need for roofing services, I made several websites inquires and phone calls to other roofing companies without any success. However, I sought the services of Brandon, who I knew he would be totally engaged in other projects or work for others but, something told me to reach out to Brandon and Advanced Roofing who then went above and beyond the "call of duty" and helped me and my family. A Godsend and dedicated professional...he somehow etched out time in his busy schedule and shared his talents to provide needed and timely services to me. Respectfully and thankfully, Lora read more

We used Advanced Roofing to not only put on a new roof, but also put both siding and gutters on our house. These guys did everything right, from our first encounter with Derrick and all down the line with the roofing crew, the siding crew and the gutter guys. When you all said you were going to do something, you did it. Everyone was professional and yet still "human". They took time to answer any questions we had (without making us feel like idiots) and smiled genuine smiles when they talked to us and were just very easy to get along with. I also did not feel like I had to stand out there and watch everything they did so I wouldn't get ripped off. They did a great job cleaning my yard up when they were through, also. Overall, on a scale of 1-10, I give your company a 12. read more

honestly don't have enough good things to say about Brandon, James, Mike and the Advanced Roofing team. I have a very involved complete roof replacement, and I trusted them to do this work from across the country. There were serious framing repairs I needed, along with having way too many layers on my roof. Brandon came put multiple times to ensure that the scope of work was complete, was upfront about costs and potential changes, and communicated every single step and change without having to hunt them down. Very happy with my install and the quality of work performed. read more

When I called the office today, two office lady yelled at me and telling that they are not taking any new property and If I call them again they will report for harassment. Idk what the heck is going on with them. I called for quote and got yelled by them. Very unprofessional and rude behavior of the office staffs. I wish I could give them 0 star. read more

Overall, I'm quite pleased with the roof repair job. The team was professional, and the quality of workmanship is evident. However, there were a few small communication hiccups along the way, and timeliness. Nevertheless, I'm satisfied with the outcome and appreciate the effort put in by the crew. read more
