Yonni even advised me on my color choice of paint, which was a real blessing as my original choice would have been a disaster! This was definitely a weight off of our backs! They were the best! I bought my house in the spring of 2019 and had to clean out the gutters immediately due to water overflowing at certain spots. Lets just start by saying they are impossible to clean. 2. Next spring I had the same issues with clogging... I cleaned them again, this time I was curious about the gutter brand and any warranty. Sure enough LeafGuard boasts all day about their warranty (more on that later). 3. 7/16/2021 I called LeafGuard to see if i could have someone come out and clean them and fix certain problem areas. Broken Brackets etc. Got the whole run around about how my address was not showing up and then I finally got through to someone and they asked that i send pictures of the gutter for verification to cfrye@leafguard.com. Never got a response. 4. Late July. Spent a couple grand on foundation repair. Slab was sinking due to gutter run off... 5. Decided to just request a quote for new gutters to have someone come out and see the gutters for themselves thinking they would recognize their gutters and say that they could clean them. Sales Rep showed up and took over 2 hours to get a quote. I told him that the gutters are leafguard and he told me that they didnt have any markings so they were not. My gutters go all around my house so there are no end caps where they put their brand. I then convinced him to contact his manager and his manager informed him to take some pics. he sent them in and got back to me and said they were not theirs because they were not one seamless gutter/unit. I took his word for it, then got up on the ladder to check and the whole gutter was in fact one piece of Sheetmetal. 6.. I called back again to say that they were in fact theirs and was told they would get back to me and send someone out to check it out that had more experience. Got nothing. 7. Called on 11/10/21 to see what the status was and the call rep said that my gutters were leafguard and they would call me back within 24 hours to set up a time to come out... Got nothing 8. I called today 11/15/21 and asked what the hold up was and they said they would call me back as soon as possible. The regional manager called me back and told me that my gutters had been painted so that voided the warranty. The top part of the gutter where the rain runs off was not painted... and the brackets falling off should have nothing to do with paint... RUN AWAY and find another company that has better customer service and a product that works.
