When there was a problem getting our windows to us at the original date because one of our huge picture windows cracked during the shipping process, owner Jerry Mashburn called me himself to apologize, explain the situation and reschedule with me. Jerry cares so deeply about the reputation of his company and it is so evident. Our windows were installed by the charming and ridiculously hard-working Brandon and Dustin. These guys are so respectful of people's homes. You will never have to worry about their conduct: they are consummate professionals. There's a reason YHW has so many 5-star reviews. They're all well-earned and you can have full faith in them. Side note: We hemmed and hawed about getting a garden window because, in essence, they're four windows in one and as such are quite pricey. Having got one, I can confidently say they're well worth it. We love ours. So do our cats.

The owner, Jerry Mashburn, kept us well informed every step of the way. We were told the windows would arrive in 8-12 weeks. They arrived in 5! They called on Sunday before Labor Day and wanted to know if they could start installing on Tuesday. Their installers, Dustin and Brandon were very nice and professional, and explained the order that things would be done in, and estimated the job would be complete by Thursday. By Wednesday evening they were done and they are absolutely beautiful. Everything was cleaned up and back where it came from. They were very conscientious about keeping as much heat out of the house while the windows were being changed out. They were very careful with the installation and every thing went very smoothly, and we are extremely happy with the results. We are so happy with our windows and have already noticed that our two rooms with the most windows are staying 4-8 degrees cooler than they were with the old windows. I can't wait to see how much we will be saving on our utility bills! If you need replacement windows this is the place to go!

Stay very far away from this company. Long story short, ordered all new windows for my house...over…read more24 windows. All windows order by EcoView were wrong size. Verified in writing by owner, Rick Joyner. 2 inches to narrow on all sides. Installers put them in anyway knowing they were the wrong size. They didn't use any insulation, the frames are stretched, windows don't open or close properly. 2 inch gaps on all sides! Some were not even ordered after multiple attempts. Multiple installers, damage to my home, still not fixed, still missing windows, supposed to re-order all windows and replace with correct size on an expedited order that I was told would take 10 days. After over a month of me following up, I was told that they were on order but late and Rick Joyner would call me. He never called, quit responding to my texts, emails, and phone calls. I have filed a claim with his insurance, filed a complaint with the BBB of Huntsville, and retained an attorney.

We are not in the interest of wheeling and dealing. This is our house, not a carnival game. It has been near four full months since we paid for our doors in full. We have received neither our doors nor our money back. We have a slew of text messages between us and both Rick and David as proof of the corruption that goes on at EcoView Windows & Doors of North Alabama also known as Huntsville Renovations Center. David was trying to steal business from Rick by getting us to sign a contract with him and suggesting we get rid of our former contractor and that we stop doing business with Rick. David then turned around and called my husband a shyster?! I guess customers are supposed to have more faith in Rick and his business since he is a veteran as well as a foster and adoptive parent. That doesn't change who you are. My husband is also a veteran and we are also foster and adoptive parents. That didn't change how we were treated. A complaint has been submitted to the Better Business Bureau servicing North Alabama as well.

He was immediately answering our calls/texts & showing up in person to check progress. David even delivered doors, lights & extras. I cannot praise David & the Mighty Dog team enough for the quality & care of the the craftsmanship done on our home. David made sure to take care of every detail I requested down to small details like new house numbers, kick plates & slide locks on new doors. Of course the team handled special requests like tempered glass security storm doors, new entry doors, new handles & locks. Our 38 year old windows were replaced with modern windows. The craftsman did an excellent drywall job preparing for the crew to put up new trim around inside windows. Turned out great. Old water & termite damage was uncovered when removing original wood siding from 1989. The crew repaired, insulated & wrapped my home & hung new siding. All house trim & facia was replaced on porch. Crew removed damaged railings /columns & rebuilt brand new porch railings, columns. The crews were courteous, professional & extremely hardworking. I was very impressed & happy with the skills & level of workmanship of the crews, the lead, the project managers & (especially David, who happens to be everything rolled into one!) David kept this project rolling on track. He is a great human being to work with & a great new friend to have made. David at Mighty Dog roofing helped me turn our tired old house into a brand new Jewel. I highly recommend these wonderful & very ethical hardworking professionals!

They came out a day late to do the estimate. Then told me I would receive an estimate later that…read moreday. It's been 3 days and still no estimate. I would not trust these people now to do anything to my house. They respond that they were not a day late but they were. They respond that it takes 24 to 48 hours to get an estimate to the client. The representative said by the end of the day or at the latest, first thing in the morning. Its been nearly 72 hours now yet no estimate. If they would have just owned up to mistakes and said they would do better, I would forgive an never write a poor review. Their obstinance tells me they are too arrogant for that. I don't care how cheap the estimates is, I would not trust the work they would do on my house.
