My recent experience with USA Windows and Gutters has been nothing less than PERFECT!…read more From the moment the outstanding Project Manger, Beau Berry, came to my home to inspect my roof for damage and saw my replacement through until the end I have been highly impressed. He went over every process and explained all the details of replacing my roof showing me the materials and discussions of what to expect with the team that would replace my roof. Beau also guided me in how to properly file a claim with my homeowner's insurance as well as being on site with the insurance adjuster for inspection. The team that replaced my roof were top notch, working diligently non stop, very respectfully, and clean up was great! During the replacement Beau made a point to come out several times to make sure everything was on track and ask if I had any questions or concerns during the installation. Thank you, Beau Berry! Without your help I would of still be sitting on the fence about the expense of replacing my roof! You are a super-star!

Despite the threat of foul weather, we were able to ask for their inspection after 5pm on Thursday, and they were on that roof before 10am Friday - and the estimate was on our desktops before 11am that same day! The men that inspected were, needless to say, prompt, very professional, thorough, and a real pleasure to work with. If there were 10 stars available, it still wouldn't be enough... These folks are - pardon the pun - over the top with their customer service! The estimate is very reasonable, and they will be who I call for any roofing issues and will get my recommendations to those needing their services! Well done everybody!!! Thanks again!
