Shows up on his own time but asks to be paid before work is done. Sloppy craftsmanship. Rarely returned calls. Left rubble underneath the house when he told me he cleaned it all up (had to replace floor joists). Had to get his guy helping put in tile to come back and fix many jagged edge pieces after it was grouted. Eventually I got to the point where I stopped asking him to come back and I smoothed all the drywall out myself and re-mudded a few areas. I was not intrusive in any manner but wanted to make sure I had a decent bathroom that would pass inspection.
