However; there were no instructions on how to clean the flooring, nor did they mention if we needed to get the baseboards installed within a certain amount of time..... nothing!!! We were left with a nice looking floor that we had no idea how to care for it, and the installation guy used MY own towel I had hanging in the bathroom, to dry our hands off when needed, to clean off the residue from some type of glue/floor adhesive!! IDK!! I just feel that they could have taken better care of our needs to prepare for how the flooring needs to be taken care of once it was installed. This was installed in a mobile home, so I suspect that they feel that it wasn't worth the $6000 we paid to be installed for a mobile home, and we were on our own once it was was finished. We think it was worth the price as Lowe's wasn't really any cheaper, so we decided local was best.

He also cut and installed a few tiles in our main bathroom. He picked up items we weren't able to get. He was punctual and had reserved a spot for our project. He didn't charge extra for the additional work. Although Donnie was very professional, he is a real "people person ". I recommend him for any tiling projects you have.
