I called around to various places, but Brown and Love were the only crew that sent someone out ASAP. They were on the job pretty much immediately, diagnosing the problem and quickly surmising this was going to be the job from hell because of our huge amp box. Now, when you're told that you may be looking at several THOUSANDS of dollars to get your power back on...you're not happy. However, I think Michael was madder about this than I was (I just wanted power at that point) as he and the crew spent HOURS--yes, hours--finding a cheaper option. And what do you know, they did. While we were waiting for parts sourcing they also removed a light fixture, changed out a ceiling fan, and replaced some blank breakers. We had TWO guys out working ALL DAY, they promised me they would fix the problem (and they did!), they were super friendly, and the price was more than reasonable (and not several thousand dollars, due to the fact they weren't trying to price gouge us). 100% ethical, honest, legit business who we'll call again once the dreaded electrician is needed.

I was referred to Jason by Lumber Liquidators when I was faced with a serious family emergency that required the installation of new flooring in a relative's home. Somebody responded immediately and sent a technician in the afternoon. The tech did a thorough checkup and identified that the capacitor had gone bad. They also suggested that I replace the entire HVAC unit since it is almost 20 years old. I requested a quick fix which is to replace the capacitor. Capacitors seem to be very cheap when purchased online. They charged way more than the price, of course factoring in the time and labor involved with the analysis and replacement, it was reasonable. The tech who showed up was very knowledgeable. A few months later, in winter and a day after the first frost, my heater stopped working and I spent an entire night shivering in the cold. First thing in the morning, I requested conditioned air solutions for a technician and they sent someone within a couple of hours. The tech spent a lot of time checking the hvac system and identified the same issues as the previous tech mentioned. This technician was also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions patiently. It was apparent that my HVAC is getting old and I could no longer continue with the temporary fixes. I decided to replace the entire thing and conditioned air solutions gave me an estimate and a payment plan. After I agreed, they booked a technician within a couple of days. The entire process went smoothly and their technicians have done an awesome job with the installation. They cleaned up well afterwards. I could not be happier with the service. I suspect that their prices might be a bit higher, but from what I understood talking to their techs is that the company pays them well and treats them well. So, all is well!
