Alex described the features and benefits of each of the materials as well as some details of installation protocol. Before signing up, I did some quick research that verified that what Alex has said was spot-on. Alex and his sales manager, Kristian, were available and ready to answer any questions I had before, during, and after the installation. The warranty obligates OC, not the installer. My materials warranty is 50 years with no proration and is one-time transferable to a new owner. My OC workmanship warranty is 10 years. The warranty also covers wind resistance to blow-off up to 130 mph for 15 years and algae resistance for 25 years. Tear-off, full installation, and cleanup were done in one day flat. The crew was roughly a dozen people, who started at 6:30 AM and finished in 12 hours. The size and skill of the crew made quick completion possible. The attached drone shots show in order the old roof; (2) the roof after tear-off when the installation was started; midway through the shingle installation; and the finished, cleaned-up product.

I would not trust these people now to do anything to my house. They respond that they were not a day late but they were. They respond that it takes 24 to 48 hours to get an estimate to the client. The representative said by the end of the day or at the latest, first thing in the morning. Its been nearly 72 hours now yet no estimate. If they would have just owned up to mistakes and said they would do better, I would forgive an never write a poor review. Their obstinance tells me they are too arrogant for that. I don't care how cheap the estimates is, I would not trust the work they would do on my house.

Hubs called and made an appointment for people to come check the damage. Two men came by at the appointed time. Both were knowledgeable and checked the whole house out. A couple of weeks later they returned with the matching color vinyl siding and extra pieces. It turns out when they inspected the house they saw a few pieces that needed to be replaced. They were outside working over two hours to replace pieces and repairing the spot where a piece of siding came off. The total cost to us was the one time service call. We are very happy with the customer service and the work provided by Champion. They exceeded our expectations.

This time they want to charge me a $130. service fee and refuse to honor the agreement I was sold - LIFETIME FREE PARTS REPLACEMENT! Champion said my original salesman no longer works there so they won't honor the agreement! He didn't work there last time either, Champion is looking for excuses to not honor their agreement! I have not repaired the screen nor window - going to write their CEO! The woman at the Portland office has a bad attitude and that was also the case with one in Georgia!
