It took some time for our supplies that were ordered to arrive, which doesn't surprise me at all with our wonky home. Once everything was in, the job was scheduled and completed in 2 days. The difference between the minimal materials that were on the roof, and the materials being installed was a HUGE impact. We feel like our roof is definitely secure now. David made sure to take care of every detail I requested down to small details like new house numbers, kick plates & slide locks on new doors. Of course the team handled special requests like tempered glass security storm doors, new entry doors, new handles & locks. Our 38 year old windows were replaced with modern windows. The craftsman did an excellent drywall job preparing for the crew to put up new trim around inside windows. Turned out great. I would not trust these people now to do anything to my house. They respond that they were not a day late but they were. They respond that it takes 24 to 48 hours to get an estimate to the client. The representative said by the end of the day or at the latest, first thing in the morning. Its been nearly 72 hours now yet no estimate. If they would have just owned up to mistakes and said they would do better, I would forgive an never write a poor review. Their obstinance tells me they are too arrogant for that. I don't care how cheap the estimates is, I would not trust the work they would do on my house.

Trust is key when you are dealing with something that you as the homeowner cannot possibly inspect yourself - you have to rely on the folks you've hired to do things like a roof because you can't always see what the completed work looks like. Unfortunately, I've lost trust in One Stop Roofing because on multiple occasions I've found issues after they assured me they had either (a) corrected them, or (b) had looked everything over to make sure there were no other issues. Just today I had to repair a damaged gutter guard that they kicked in while on my roof - leaving the gutter wide open during leaf season. Had I not been on my ladder replacing a camera battery, I would have never known. And it would have been obvious to them they did this - it was at the point where they would climb on my roof. Other issues are apparent in the pictures. I hope I can learn to trust in them again since they claim to offer a 10 year labor warranty, but today I'm at a loss for words. The feeling I came away with is they are only going to fix what they think you might catch.

For the last four months, people have been dropping by and leaving pamphlets from roofing companies. One day I happen to be at the right place to see a pamphlet dropped off, so I called the young man who left the pamphlet and asked him to come take a look at the roof. Devin showed up the next day to inspect my roof. He told me my roof is in bad shape and my insurance should be contacted for the hail damage he saw. I contacted my insurance company and an adjustor arrived 2 days later. Devin helped me navigate insurance steps and met with my adjustor. Fortunately for me the hail storm damage was reported in time and I was able to get a new roof with my insurance covering the costs while I pay my deductible. Many thanks to Devin for his hard work. He facilitated the whole process for me. He is polite, helpful, reliable and trustworthy. If he says he will take care of task, he does. Alex and his sales manager, Kristian, were available and ready to answer any questions I had before, during, and after the installation. The warranty obligates OC, not the installer. My materials warranty is 50 years with no proration and is one-time transferable to a new owner. My OC workmanship warranty is 10 years. The warranty also covers wind resistance to blow-off up to 130 mph for 15 years and algae resistance for 25 years. Tear-off, full installation, and cleanup were done in one day flat. The crew was roughly a dozen people, who started at 6:30 AM and finished in 12 hours. The size and skill of the crew made quick completion possible.
