This store is a HOT MESS! They insisted I take a "FREE" iWatch with my new phone because I'd be crazy not to - it's free!! Only to discover that they charged me for the service...and the watch!! I've been trying to return the watch since January and this store took ZERO responsibility for their employees flat out lying to me. I've spent over 10 hours on the phone with Verizon and a few more going to the store when I was told they would take the watch return. The manager at this store is apparently never on site and does not speak with customers on the phone - which is ironic. I was literally told once that the delay in her reply was because it was her birthday that week! Unprofessional and unethical. I will never go back to this store and recommend you steer clear of it too. read more

My boyfriend purchased a brand new (or so he thought) iPhone 15 from this store in July. He started having battery issues which is unusual after only 5 months. Boy were we surprised to see the "first use" date on the phon3 was September 2023, so he was sold a used device under the guise of it being brand new. Don't buy phones here. read more

I was so lucky to work with Robert Tanner today. He was so patient with me and incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I went from being in a state of panic when I walked in, to walking out having more issues resolved than I had come in for. Carlos also answered my questions and was so incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I had very bad experiences with Verizon online and on the phone, so when they suggested to me that I walk into a physical store I was not expecting anything better. I was literally ready to cancel my son's new iPhone, iWatch and related services because I was so disgusted with Verizon! Then I had the pleasure of dealing with the manager of the physical store near my house (Robert) and he completely transformed my experience! I have continued going to the store for several reasons and every single time I come in, whether they are busy or not, I have a great experience. Another team member that I want to shout out is Carlos. These guys will quite literally go through all their drawers and boxes to get you what you need, and if they don't have it, they will order it for you. No matter how busy they are, I am always treated with kindness and politeness, and most importantly, they let me feel like my issue matters to them! It is difficult nowadays to get great customer service from stores that are in the neighborhood, but this one completely blows all others out of the water! GREAT PEOPLE AND GREAT SERVICE! read more

I wanted to give a shout out to Robert Tanner for being so helpful. I am in the process of figuring out if I want to keep my phone for now, trade it in or buy a new one without trade in and he so patiently explained the differences of what would happen to my plan, how the buy back would work, etc. He even drew me a little table to walk me through how my current and new plan would look like. Also, bonus points for helping us figure out a way to update our lines so it made more sense for my family. Lastly, I love that he wasn't pushy with sales, makes me want to come back and ask for him specifically. This guy is a great face for Verizon!! read more

feel taken advantage. Came in to get an older model phone, was informed they don't have it but a competitive price would be the new phone with a rebate. I informed him my phone was banged up but he said it would be fine. So instead of getting an older phone for $600, I paid $800 and was told that would be it. Well my phone never got a rebate, cannot get my old phone back and have to now pay another $200. Feel taken advantage of and don't understand how no one can help or care to make it right. read more

I came in on a Thursday night before close to get help with my phone not connecting to my apartments Wi-Fi. Robert the store manager was able to fix the issue and educate me on why it was happening, which was my phone had a vpn on it and I've never put one on there in the first place. He was also so kind as to put me on a wait list for the home internet because I asked if it was available in my area. I highly recommend coming here. read more

I've walked into this store twice in the last week trying to buy an iPhone case. Both times there were just two employees working who could only handle two customers at a time. There are no seats to wait in, so I stood in the middle of the store like I was lost. Both times I walked out after 10 minutes; the first time no one even acknowledged I was there. This place will likely close soon; I'm sure the employees work hard, but management is not interested in staffing this location to be able to handle 3 people at once. read more

We came to purchase a new phone and he helped us with the decision and give us a great deal! **GO TO THIS VERIZON FIRST** They may only be a licensed retailer but they function better than the actual stores. They got me sorted out after the store at North& Clybourn gave me a phone with no memory card. There were no lines at this location & the associate (Cameron Meyer) is the only reason I have a working phone right now. Next time I will go to them once, instead of having to visit North & Clybourn three times. read more

I needed a few mobile and iPad accessories but completely struck out when I visited Target and other locations. I figured that I would have to wait a few months with all of the temporary store closures happening during the outbreak. I walked in and was helped immediately - the consultant Marcus Link got my three accessories in record time and I was out the door in less than 15 minutes. Very efficient service and Mr. Link and his colleague made sure I had every available bonus and sales break. 10/10! read more

UNETHICAL! The practices of this store (and probably corporate policy) is to announce promotion of "free" devices if you buy a phone. Then 30 days later you get a bill and find out not only are you paying for the added device that was misrepresented as free but you are locked in for it for another 2 years. These people greet you with open arms when you arrive but have their hands in your pockets---run far, run fast! read more
