Came in to activate a new line today. The staff was immediately helpful in not only activating the new line, but canceling service on an old one, and making sure all my discounts were in tact. When I left, the manager made sure I was truly getting the best rate for my devices. So happy I came to this location, and I was in and out in under a half hour. I was frustrated with cell phone disconnecting from network daily and requiring frequent network reset. I suffered through logging into and waiting for Tech Coach several times. I called 611, only to be told after hours. I finally, out if desperation, went to the Verizon store at the Wegman Center in Bridgewater. Jose B took the time to assess the problem and order a replacement phone under warranty, no charge. The phone arrived and I followed the instructions to activate...unsuccessfully. Yet another round of waiting for Tech Coach, only to get a tape that my account was not covered. Adding insult, 611 once again played tape that it was after business hours. I arrived at Bridgewater store and waited 5-10 minutes to see Jose B. who assesses the situation and activated the phone. Kudos to Jose B! read more

The service here is great! My family has been long term Verizon customers, and we traded our phones (iPhone XS, iPhone 12, and iPhone SE) for iPhone 15 Pros, for about $100 each all in -- essentially the swap was free, we just paid taxes and a swap fee. The workers were helpful in walking us through this process on the Verizon app. We also switched the Verizon Fios and they were helpful with that as well. There was no wait time to get help at 4pm on a Saturday. read more

When you assess all the promotion related to new IPhones and begin to get through the weeds of comparison and then you go to the Verizon Store.....your first contact is a person that asks for your number and then you get a text that tells you how many people are ahead of you. I was wanting to trade in my 11Pro for a 15 Pro so the woman checks the condition of my phone and tells me it was excellent then told me my bill would increase by $5 (not bad) and made sense but she kept on asking about adding insurance and a Disney bundle. Once I requested another phone on my plan to get upgraded, the pricing went crazy because the promotion requires you to upgrade your plan and you are also charged a $35 upgrade fee! I left confused and frustrated but I left with the impression that the sales people are on commission and we do all they can to get you upgraded in many ways and not revealing the costs unless you ask!! BEWARE OF COMMISSION SALES FOLKS!!!! read more

MISLEADING SALES TEAM. Michael blatantly lied to us about the cost and necessity of two products. He tried to lie and tell me that I needed AirPods for my new phone in order to listen to music... lie. The phone came with perfectly working headphones. Then the worst of it was he said with the purchase of my new phone we could get an Ipad for $100..... I thought this was a great deal and decided to buy it. Turns out, he COMPLETELY lied and instead the "sale" was $100 off $350 divided by 24 months... $5 off a month... Complete, complete lies in order to sell more products. They told me I would have to return it to the store I purchased it from - in Jacksonville Florida ... hello , u paying my air fare hotel and rental car ? I had posted this review in the past on google. Just like many others I was swindled by them. I came in for a charger. An employee told me I should change my plan to the unlimited data plan for law enforcement. I did. He also told me I should buy a jetpack because I don't have to pay for data now that I have unlimited data. That was a lie. They have been charging my family's plan an extra $20 a month for the jetpack alone. I never even needed one. Only bought it because I was advised I only had to buy the jetpack. It was never used. Not only that but I had to go to another verizon store because the employee never changed my plan over to the unlimited plan. Luckily I was able to change that over before I was charged but I did not know I was being charged for a jetpack as well. Be careful here. Verizon refused to refund me for the money they took from me. read more

Swindlers. Was told I could return a "free" tablet 14 days after it was pushed on me via a promotion. Free= $40 activation, $35 screen protector, $10 per month access. When the smoke cleared we realized what happened, contacted Verizon who told us we can return it to the store "hassle free." When my wife did she was told there would be a $70 restocking fee! The manager treated my wife horribly and told her we should have known when we agreed to the "free" tablet. He was VERY unprofessional and had no concept of customer service. We have been going to this store since it opened and have bought at least 12 phones with contracts there. They showed no loyalty to us after being their customer for over 6 years. We are now going to Best Buy. I suggest you do the same. read more

Need help with transferring data from an old phone to a smart phone. I was always cordial with others helping me. I came to the counter, this little girl has no manner, wouldn't look at me in the eye to address the customer properly, grabbed the phone from me and finished doing what she did and then handed it back to me without saying a single word. I was so amazed the attitude this person had with her. I guess she was jealous that I don't have to work during weekends and she needed to attend to people so below her, oh well, that's too bad, haha! Keep doing what you are doing and in 10 years, you will be doing the same exact dumb crap! Flash forward to six months later, I was in the store for a warranty repair, I was directed by the greeter to a rep nearby, I told him the issue, he started filing an online ticket for the replacement to be shipped to me. A few mins into it, he said he's too busy doing I don't know what, need to try to locate another people to assist me, spent a good 5 mins looking for others, ended up coming back and tell me eta 2-3 days max, I should receive the replacement, so he told me. Two weeks later, I called and the rep on the phone told me there was never a replacement ordered. They remodeled and upgraded the store front to make it look more hip and cool, but totally forgot about upgrading the service with it. And sorry, you guys have decent connection, but no where near apple product and services. If you can avoid this place, do yourself a favor, go elsewhere. read more

BE AWARE - THEY ARE NOT HONEST/CLEAR WITH PROMOS!!! I went to this store to upgrade my old phone, there was a promo of $200 off any tablet. we decided to go for it and ended buying the table with the "promo" it seemed too good! 24 days later, I got my bill I saw that there is a $10 for a line activation on a 3G tablet...a sales rep should NEVER assume the customer understands how everything works, (we did not know that they will open a new line for a tablet) , things should have been laid out clear to us and that would have given us an educated decision, Now. we are tied to a contract for 24 months @ $10 each so that will be $240 (no promo here just a catch and lies) I called Verizon (*611) to cancel the line for the table and they did not help me either, rather than that they were charging me $175 to deactivate it and asked me to go to the store and get it canceled with the store manager, they are helpless, Verizon is not what they use to be with their customers, its just about lying and making customers sign blinding into contracts (on an electronic device that the customer does not even get to read completely). I ordered my phone on line. The first order didn't go true so I placed a second one and I ended up with 2 phones. I sent the second one back but I didn't get any credit for it. I kept calling the online center but they were just transferring me from one department to the other and I couldn't get any answer. I didn't know what to do so I have decided to go to the Verizon Center in Bridgewater. Manager Victor Areilia and the sale representative Lauren Gobel spent 2 hours on the phone with the Verizon online center and like me they had to deal with being transfer from one department to the other but they didn't give up. Finally they got connected to the right department. They took it upon them self to explained my situation to them . The person on the other end of the line filled out a credit request form for me so now I have a hope that I will get my money back. Long story short - they really didn't have to do it. They didn't sell me the phone - I got it on line. But they help me anyway. Verizon should be proud to have such helpful and dedicated employees. read more

When we TRIED to buy TWO iPhone 5s's at this store, they told us it would "take too long" to transfer the data from my current phone to the new one. Received awful customer service from the floor employee and negative, nonchalant attitude the store "solutions" manager. Store manager and floor employee spent more time talking than looking for solutions to solve the problem. When we called, we were told they had the capability to transfer data from our previous phone to a new device. Clearly, they do not have this competence or technology. We wasted an hour in this store. We ended up at the Apple Store in the Bridgewater Mall where we received excellent customer service. We were in and out with our new phones (and solutions to the problems) in 15 minutes. read more

I purchased and iPhone 6 and the salesman told me I could also get a deal on an iPad Air.There was no model on display but told me the original iPad Air could replace my older iPad 2. I bought both and took them home. On the very next day, I realized the iPad Air only had 16G when trying to restore from my iPad 2 and it would not replace my 32G iPad 2. I immediately returned it to the store before loading my data on the unit and asked for a 32G replacement telling the salesman what happened. He had to get the supervisor to waive the $70 restocking fee which he refused and refused to take any responsibility for the original salesman not telling me the new iPad Air only had 16G. There was nothing on the top or sides of the box indicating the 16G size. It was hidden on the bottom on a small sticker that I never saw until I started loading the data from my old one. I told them I would not pay the restocking fee since it was not my fault. The supervisor kept repeating himself (at least 20 times) and I finally told him no matter how many times he repeated his mantra, I simply was not going to pay the restocking fee. I asked to speak to his manager 6 times and he refused. Only after I told him to tell me outright that he was refusing to let me speak to his manager did he say I could speak with the General Manager after he finished with a customer. I said I would happily wait although after over 30 minutes of this rude unprofessional treatment, I had become quite angry. I had suggested 20 minutes earlier to simply credit my monthly bill of over $180/month for the last 5 years for the restocking fee. He refused and said it was not possible at least 20 minutes. Instead of letting me speak to the General Manager, he went to speak with him and came back within 3 minutes with approval to credit my monthly bill for the restocking fee. My wife and I have been going to this Verizon Store in Bridgewater for at least 10 year with great customer service and experiences every single time. Now I had Verizon for their bad service trying to get every last penny from their loyal customers. So much for customer appreciation. I've spoken highly to my relatives and friends for over 10 years getting many of them to use Verizon. No more.I will tell at least 100 people of this experience starting here. read more

Good luck trying to get through on their phone lines for service. It seems ironic that a telecommunications company has such a horrid voice prompt system - that does not work. I went to this particular Verizon store today looking to purchase a new cell phone for my 88 year old mother-in-law. Upon entering the store we were greeted by a Verizon employee in which I politely told him we were there to purchase a new phone. He asked my mother-in-law for her phone number which he was able to pull up her account. He then asked her for an ID. Unfortunately, she did not have it on her. In the meantime a door dash delivery was made to him in which then ignored us and took his food to the back. Once he came back he stating that he could not do anything without seeing an ID. He said he could loose his job if he did so. He then suggested we go to BestBuy or Walmart where they do not check for ID. I have been a very loyal Verizon customer for more than 20 years and have purchased numerous cells phones and have never been asked for an ID. Also, during the summer a fraudulent purchase was made on my account for over $1,000 for an iphone and an ID was needed. Upon leaving, my mother-in-law stated it was a wasted trip. Your associate then responded "at least it's a nice day out". Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. I guess his hunger got the best of him. I gave one star only because I had to. read more

Upgrading phones can be frustrating because there's always issues with billing and fees and those things but we actually had a great experience cause our rep was helpful and nice. Jobari was super accommodating and answered all of our questions (differences between iPhone upgrades and capabilities of simple smart phones) without being pushy. I was surprised that he was able to diffuse any frustrating situations and keep my dad calm and reassured (upgrade fees, trade in values, the regular annoying stuff). We ended up being in the store past closing because it took a while but i was glad because he made sure all of my information was transferred over and my screen protector and other accessories were applied correctly. He seemed like a really genuine sales rep and rarely got annoyed with any of our requests or questions even if it did slow him down. Overall it was a good experience; Jobari put effort in to get us fair pricing and even found me the perfect case and pop socket way up on the top shelf to match my nails. read more

Be very careful here, they try to manipulate your bill by adding 'ghost' lines with a MIFI so they can get credit for a new line of service They also slam your bill with unwanted features. Very dishonest and unethical... reminds me of what the banks just got nailed for - slamming accounts for commissions and sales results. Wow, this store is the worst i ever encounter. We went to upgrade a phone and they pushed a hotspot and a Hum according to them for tree included with the upgrade. We tried to returned them multiple times and the store said it was free. However my bill showed otherwise. The price to desconected something that we did not need or used would be over $300. Be VERY VERY careful they will trick you to get staff that you dont need or want. I would NEVER do business in this store. read more

Nov. 20, 2013 For the last month or two I have not been able to use my Verizon cell phone at my home and other local areas. I usually cannot call out and all calIs that come in are dropped. I have reported the problem and in defense of Verizon I did receive a call yesterday saying they are trying to determine the problem. Verizon should at least offer a reduction in our monthly bill. Verizon is supposed to have the best coverage, but you would never know it. I have used Verizon for many years, but If there was anything else available with good coverage I would change carriers. read more

So I went here to start back an account with them but due to handling of the order they've now solidified my decisions to stay with t-mobile. The guy was nice and knowledgable enough but told me the ship date and then it shipped a week before that date, to the WRONG address...that I went over with him multiple times. So even though I called to cancel the order days before, I could no longer do that because the phone had already shipped. Plus, one person told me the phone shipped to their store and the other told me it was sent to my old address. They really don't seem to have their act together and VZ has quite possibly the worst customer service I've come across since United. I did speak to a woman at their store who was very nice and redeeming, going to hence the 2 star rating instead of 1 but then I had to call back TWO more times. No matter what you do, these phone jokers will not be totally up front with you so make sure you get as much information as possible before signing ANYTHING. read more

Do not go to the Bridgewater Rt 202 store. They add services without asking and try to push accessories. I bought 2 IPhone 8s and I traded in old phones and was told the credit would only be applied to purchased accessories and could not be added as a credit to my bill which I have done with previous phones. Basically use it or lose it. After selecting screen protectors and charger (which I did not need), I asked how balance would be handled. He said he was not sure. After ringing me up, he tells me the balance would be applied to my account. Did he suddenly remember this fact? Before I leave the store, I get an email thanking me for subscribing to mobile protection. I asked the salesperson what this was and he said it comes with all the new phones. I asked if it was free and he said no, $11/mth. He snuck it in! I asked him to remove it which he claimed to do. When I checked on-line the next day, I find he only removed it from one line and not the other. I have been going to this store since it opened but so disappointed with the recent service. I have never been so mad and dissatisfied at Verizon. I have been a client for over 10 years with them and I have never felt so disrespected in my entire life. I went in to upgrade my phone from the iPhone 4 to the iPhone 5. First I was told that I wouldn't be able to do it because my number wasn't in their area code. Then once the man figured out that he could help me after talking to his manager he basically talked down upon me because I didn't keep a case on my phone when after having it for over two years it was still in perfect working condition. I had picked out a case that Incipo which was around $30. Then he told me the only sure way to protect my phone was to buy a $100 Lifeproof case... ABSOLUTELY NOT! Then he tried to get me to buy a Outer Box case, conveniently also more expensive. AGAIN, he tried to get me to pay more for a phone with more memory. Upon reprogramming my phone it took much longer than it should have, I have switched over my number to a new phone multiple times faster than he did. He also DROPPED my NEW phone and broke the LTE 4G chip 3 times. He was more concerned about what what another girl is sales was getting at Wendys so she could pick him up something than he was with the task at hand. He also proceeded to tell me that I HAD to buy a charger because the iPhone 5 didn't come with the new phones at some stores and this was one of them. After about an hour and half my phone has been successfully programmed, and I was ready to leave. I opened the box to pull out my head phones and there it was in all its glory!! An iPhone 5 charger. So I marched back in there to return the $35 charger I was talked into buying. After explaining to the woman at the front what the situation was she asked me to be seated. After waiting an additional 30 minutes customer service the lady after for my receipt...great this guy didn't give me one... what a surprise. Of course he was no where to be found. So she offered me a store credit... cool thanks! What am I going to get with that? Then finally after explaining to her what happened a third time she finally gave me my money back. I never write reviews after receiving poor service, but honestly. I feel like after paying over $300 I should have been treated a little better... or at the very least been have shown interest in and NOT lied to... Lesson learned here... read more
