Unfortunately, the overall experience with Verizon has been frustrating. We switched all of our phones from T-Mobile to Verizon in March and were told we'd receive an $800 credit per phone we returned, along with another promotional credit. We returned all phones within the first week, but as of July, we have not received any credits or reimbursement. Although we purchased the phones at a discounted rate, we were told that wouldn't affect the promotion. After calling Verizon multiple times, we were informed we should have received Visa gift cards and that the claim needed to be resubmitted. We did that, but we are still waiting months later with no resolution. The customer service at the store was great, but the follow-through on Verizon's end has been incredibly disappointing. I hope this gets resolved and that Verizon improves communication and consistency for future customers

Also, importantly, they are NOT a Verizon "company store." At this "Broadway Victra" location, the representative was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful, and both representatives that we ever worked with (2 different occasions) seemed shady--only interested in "selling" because, to quote the employee, he said "that's what I am paid to do" so keep this in mind if you are considering going here--apparently, 'service' is NOT part of their job. If we could give negative stars, it would be best. Unbelievable experience/so called "customer service."

Until this matter is fully resolved and the company addresses these fraudulent activities, I strongly caution others against using their services. The rep working with me was Steven and Jeremy. Jeremy signed for my equipment and looks like he activated it as well.
