Until this matter is fully resolved and the company addresses these fraudulent activities, I strongly caution others against using their services. The rep working with me was Steven and Jeremy. They gave me my new phone and rushed me out bc they were near closing. My appointment as at 3pm, they were rushing me out at 6:30 and assured me that my phone transfer was complete. So now I have to go in tmw and take a day off to get my phone up and running like normal.
