I "had" to get a new iPhone 17 due to lack of storage for my Spotify that I use for work, I ordered the 17 online and was able to pick it up promptly the following day. I returned the next day to return my trusty iPhone 12 and Jeremy and Jadin were instrumental in assisting me in turning in my old phone and offering wonderful additions to my new purchase. I have a small business. I called 30 days in advance to move 3 Comcast lines to my Verizon account. I was told to call back 3 days before a desired transfer date. I did so and a Verizon rep took care of the transfer and indicated the lines would be active with Verizon in 2-3 days. A week later it had not been done. After 4 Verizon reps and clocking in more than 2 hours on the phone, It's still not done. Verizon has brought my business to a standstill. I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Verizon with associate manager Diego. My family and I came in with a simple question about our bill. Diego told us he would assist us after finishing with another customer, which we completely understood and were fine waiting for. However, after that customer left, Diego skipped over us entirely--helping three other customers while we continued waiting for over 30 minutes. We eventually had to get his attention ourselves, only for him to act as if he didn't remember we were still waiting. What made this even worse was Diego's unprofessional tone, dismissive attitude, and complete lack of problem-solving skills. He raised his voice, cut me off mid-sentence, and wouldn't even make eye contact. For someone in a management role, Diego set the worst example of leadership possible--it honestly felt like customer service was beneath him. This type of treatment is unacceptable. It showed a clear lack of organization, efficiency, and respect for customers' time. Verizon should expect far better from its managers. If Diego is the standard of leadership here, I would strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere read more

I gave this location two stars only because the girl that assisted us was very nice. However I would've given it one star due to the assistant manager and manager not knowing how to run this business. When we arrived I gave my name and they told me I had one person ahead of me and it would be about 15 minutes. We waited 20 minutes in the store and decided to go next-door shopping while we waited. An hour later still no word that it was my turn, we walked back in the store and were told they had no idea how long it would be. I was extremely angry that I was told 15 minutes and now it had been over an hour. I expressed my frustration when a woman walked in after us with a "quick question" and was helped immediately. I then overheard the assistant manager tell someone that just walked in it would be less than 10 minutes to be helped. I made a comment to my son that I didn't think it was right he was telling new customers it would only be 10 minutes. I wasn't loud or rude. The assistant manager commented to me that it wasn't necessary for me to say anything and if I wanted to go that route we would. I asked him to stop talking to me and to leave me alone because it was frustrating enough wasting over an hour to be helped. Meanwhile there are three people walking around that work there doing absolutely nothing. The one guy was outside constantly smoking. Maybe if you use your support staff and your managers who are doing nothing but standing around to actually help customers you wouldn't have this issue. Needless to say just expect a long wait time regardless of what you were told. And a very rude assistant manager. read more

I'm 73 and I had to get a new phone. Three stars for congeniality and they had to upload and download my information to my laptop. No 5 stars, because they could have fixed the "problem" with my phone by going to settings. My new phone wasn't staying synced with my new AirPods. They said I had a lemon of a new phone. So I got a new one. At the store the second one worked for that one test call, but when I got home it didn't work. I was ready to give the pods to my son, but one night when I couldn't sleep. I went to my settings and fixed the problem. Recap I had to redo the uploading and downloading, because I had to exchange phone, when all they had to do was go to settings and change one little thing. Grrr! read more

CHECK YOUR BILL CAREFULLY!!!!! Although the folks in the store were friendly and helpful, it doesn't make up for "upselling" a protection plan without my knowledge. This plan wasn't even mentioned when I purchased my new phone - if it was, I would have declined - I never purchase them so there is no chance of any misunderstanding/miscommunication. Imagine my surprise when I received my first bill after getting the new phone and there was a new $17 charge that I did not authorize. Not only that, the taxes section included my home city and county tax PLUS the city and county the store is in. I had to spend almost 40 minutes on the phone getting these three items that Verizon included incorrectly and without my knowledge, off my bill. Being a loyal Verizon customer for 18 years, I am getting a little frustrated with the degradation of phone service as well as trying to screw you if you don't check your bill. About a month ago my dad stopped at this location to pay our monthly bill. The sales rep helping him told my dad that they were currently having a promotion for iPads and said the price would be $300. Ecstatic about the sale, my dad took him up on the offer and walked out the door with a new iPad. Fast forward a month later, I walk in with my dad to pay our bill and he notices that there is $70 increase. Luckily for us, same rep that sold him the iPad was helping us pay the bill. Apparently, my dad was unaware that he signed up for a two year contract and data plan with the new iPad. According to the sales rep, he told my dad all of these details. But according to my dad, he made it clear that he would be giving the iPad as a gift to my niece in Vietnam, so he wouldn't need any data services. Regardless, I was not there during the transaction of the sale but it was very clear that there was a miscommunication between both parties. My dads english isn't the best, and it is clear when he speaks. I am sure that the rep helping him was aware of this as well, but it was a sale that I am sure that the commission would have benefited him some way. Kind of upset that he didn't make sure my dad was aware of all the catches and details, but my dad could have taken other precautions to make sure everyone was on the same page as well, again, this is a clear miscommunication on both parties. After going back and fourth with my father about who said what during the time of the transaction, the sales rep decided to say " I always make it clear to my customers at the time of sign up, you just didn't understand. I have been working here for 5 years and no one has ever complained except for you". At this point I am livid. REALLY CASEY? You think that's how you should properly address your customers? Obviously your 5 years in the business hasn't taught you anything other than to be condescending. A better response would have been " sir I apologize that there was a miscommunication. Here are your options on what you can do if you don't have the need for the data". I knew standing there and arguing with him wasn't going to do me any good due to that response. There was no empathy, or understanding. Again, I am very well aware that my dad was also at fault, but he could have handled the situation in a more respectful manner. I went home and called corporate and the young woman helping me out could have taught this fool a thing or two in excellent customer service. Beware of Casey at this location because he doesn't care about his customers or doing the ethically right thing. He will trick you into taking your money, have no remorse, and then have the audacity to blame you for not understanding. read more

This store is actually fine, and the reps that helped me were all very nice, Verizon has become n utter and complete joke of a company. After ordering an an upgrade to my phone at the store Monday AM, I sat around all day Tuesday waiting for delivery. No phone. App indicated that shipping was going to be updated soon. Next morning, called support, sat on the phone for 45 minutes, and then was advised to keep an eye on my email for an update. Unacceptable. This afternoon, went into the store and sat there for an hour while the representative was on the phone with whatever escalation team they were talking to, and the resolution was "your order was lost in limbo" and that I needed to resubmit the order and that the refund from the original would take 3 to 5 days to process. "Lost in limbo"? Somehow, that excuse and the lack of resolution really doesn't sit well for me in this day and age. Time to go shopping for a new carrier. read more

Honestly just like any other service provider...these people are the equivalent of car salesman. They lure you in with saying things like "We buy out your old cell phone bill and what you owe on the phones up to $650" and whatever else. Then you're signing up and slowly they're taking away one thing after another..." Ok well we can't take care of your bill from your previous provider and we also can't take care of the remaining costs of your phone if you're leasing them through the end of your contract." So I get stuck with my old sprint bill and the cost of the phones. I understand I must've have not heard them correctly...but when they're slapping mass amounts of information on you at once that is very hard to understand it gets overwhelming. No worse than any other service provider, however no better than any other service provider. They're friendly...but you have to remember they're SALESMAN. read more

I am not happy with Verizon Wireless right now. Early on 5/9, I bought an Incredible from "Eric" - a sales rep who had little to share with me about the phone. I bought based on my own research and reviews that I've read. Regardless, he promised that it would ship by 5/11 and I would receive it in a few days. He told me to call on 5/11 for the tracking number if I wanted more precise info. So I called the evening of 5/11 and he told me he had no tracking number, I should call customer service. So I did and they told me that really, it's the store's responsibility to help me, but they'd see what they could do. It turns out that Incredible ordered between 5/9 and 5/11 are not shipping until 5/29. Apparently, all stores knew this. Eric blatantly lied! I called back and he told me that he did not lie. I don't get how. He told me it would ship by 5/11 and it's not shipping until 5/29! I asked to speak to a manager. The manager told me that if I bought another phone in the interim, I would be charged a $35 re-stocking fee to return it once my Incredible arrived and there was no way out of this. After nearly an hour on the phone of refusing to accept this, newest Verizon Wireless lie, he somehow, miraculously, figured out a way to have the $35 fee waived. The new solution is that, if I want a Smartphone to use before June, I have to buy an Eris at full price ($400!) and can return it in less than 30 days for a full refund - no re-stocking fee. I think they should be kinder and more flexible considering their blatant lies, but there is nothing I can do now. I don't like Verizon, but I stick with them for their network. read more

Wish I could give this location 0 stars but it's not an option. I walked in on a Saturday morning right at opening and waited 20 mins to be helped, I was put on a "list". Finally my turn to be helped and the iPhone 7 deal for $0 had ended, pretty bummed. The new deal today was iPhone 7 for $8.33 a month added onto my bill which was ok and came out to to $199 for the phone. Better than paying $27.80 extra per month month. So I pre order the phone, told it would arrive October 19 and then bam now he hits me with oh and now you need to make a payment of $20 plus tax for the phone. Now, it wasn't the $20 that got me it was the fact the he waited till I was about ready to walk out to tell me about this. I said why wouldn't you tell me about this before I went through the pre order process. His exact words were, "I'm telling you about it now". Shocked at his smart ass remark I said yeah ok but why didn't you tell me before all this and AGAIN with NO crack of any smile he said "I'm telling you now". Just based in his smart ass response I said just forgot, and walked out. I went to another Verizon and pre ordered the phone. I also called corporate and complained. This man had no customer service skills what so ever. I will never no back there again. So much for Verizon being perfect, he gives the company a bad name. This 1 star is for the manager (I assume he is the manager) I spent an hour on the phone with Verizon yesterday. Was walked through a factory reset 2 times. Both times it failed to work. They told me to take it to the store and get a new one "there was something wrong with the software". When I walked into the store he grabbed my device and asked "what do you need?" I told him what the person on the phone said and with serious attitude he said "I can do that". He tried to do the reset the exact way I had just done it twice! It did not work, can you believe that? Now all of this took about 8+ mins. During this process he (manager) never made eye contact or attempted any other kind of communication. He then walked over to to the sales desk and handed the device to Eric who proceeded to process the order for a new one. Eric was nice and did not waste my time by "trying" to fix it himself. I wish I would have seen the "managers" name cause he deserves to be called out here! Oh and as we were walking out he did open the door...but said nothing (thanks for coming in, have a good day etc..) I will shop there but I will never let that guy stop me at the door again, he was a complete jerk! read more
