The worst customer service ever, there is many different polite way to ask people to wait! You need to do better!!!

This particular location is severely understaffed. I went in to buy a simple pair of headphones and could not get anybody to ring me up. I was expected to wait over 30 minutes for again a simple pair of headphones that would've taken five minutes to ring up. This happens every time I come to this location. I would suggest finding another location other than this one. New additional review...fourth day trying to buy head phones and again told I have to wait 30+ minutes. This is the only location that has them in stock. Currently on the phone with T-Mobile. This rep has been wonderful and stated that if my husband wants (since the headphones are for his job) that he can allow me to purchase them and will overnight them for free and I will receive them in two days. Love T-Mobile as a company just very unhappy with THIS locationAnd their employees. Maybe they should spend less time conversing about personal stories and more time focusing on getting customers in and out. read more

Service is VERY slow. I waited 30 minutes and when it was my turn the manager decided to take people after me that came in because she said they were only making payments and those transactions wouldn't take a long time to do. when I asked why she was skipping over me she made it clear she was the manager and that is what she was going to do! Their printer didn't work for me to have a copy of my transaction, and when they got tired of having me, ask them to do something for me, they told me they couldn't do it. They were having technical difficulties. their customer service is getting as bad as AT&T. read more

Went in for just a SIM card which is a 2 minute thing had me wait over an hour then had the nerve to get an attitude with me because I asked why they'd have someone wait that long for something so simple and take everyone else who they knew would take forever I've had long wait times every time I've went to that location I'd go to any other location before that one! read more

Thoroughly disgusted with this store~well, actually Sean and Brittany that work there. I went in to finance a new phone. I was told by Brittany that because I bought a new Samsung phone I was eligible for a FREE SAMSUNG TABLET! I said over and over that I don't want the FREE TABLET if it's gonna raise my bill AT ALL. She told me that I would be charged for the data plan but absolutely guaranteed that it would be deducted somewhere else on the bill. My first bill came, of course after the "buyers remorse" time period so even though there was no "buyers remorse" I wasn't going to be able to return the NOT FREE TABLET. My situation was a case of LYING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS! Anyway, I reviewed the invoice and WOW! I was charged for #1 the tablet...24 payments and #2 the data plan on the FREE TABLET! I went into the store and tried to discuss this with Brittany . I told her that I didn't want the FREE TABLET because it's not free as she had promised.. She informed me, as I expected, that I could not return it, then started going over all the documentation from a few weeks prior. I asked her why she had lied to me on my first visit. I admit I was angry and I believe I had every right to be! She said that she would NEVER lie . I again stated my take on the whole situation. This time Sean stepped in~I'm guessing he's a manager or supervisor.....saying that they don't lie. I got angrier and apparently raised my voice to again, reminding them what had taken place. Sean pointed his finger at me and said "DO NOT YELL AT ME, ONLY MY MOTHER CAN DO THAT!" WHAT???? Finally after looking at their computer for a very long time, they informed me that these charges would stop after 2-3 billing cycles. I AGAIN ASKED WHY THEY LIED TO ME. ready for their explanation? They have SOOO much information to discuss and contract writing is sooo detailed that they might have simply forgotten to mention that part about my bill being ASTRONOMICAL for the next few billing cycles. THEY LEFT THAT PART OUT? They have too many other things to think about when selling a phone, so apparently it's okay in their mind to leave out the all important "we don't care if your bill is so high that you can't pay it and your phones get shut off, you're still suckered into the contract." I filed a complaint with T-Mobile shortly after. I hope that something will be done so this does not continue to happen to other customers. I have been with T-Mobile for years and am shocked by their rude, slow and all around terrible customer service . read more

I usually do not write reviews, but this time I must write a review. I have purchased all my phones and protectors and screen protectors in this store more than one year ago. I was told the screen protector have life time warranty. I was told they will replace the cover anytime whenever they are broken. Now one of the screen protector is broken (I am still paying this screen protector monthly to TMobile), the store manager Leonce refused to honor the warranty. read more

Should have saw the red flag when we were switching carriers that there was another customer in this branch complaining about not being told the correct info as well. My experience with these incompetent employees is unfortunately so horrible. I came in last week on Thursday to get a new phone. Andy was doing the paperwork and Giovanni opened up my old phone and never put the SIM card tray back in the phone. I called Friday and they said they will search for it and will call me back. Tuesday afternoon comes and still no phone call. I called the store and Ozzie and Josh said they have it and I can pick it up. I said I would pick it up today and I asked who I can look for. Ozzie said he won't be here but he will put it in the back and tell the employees working. I came in the store today and the employees had no clue what I was talking about. Then they finally get a hold of another employee and one of their representatives who received an emergency call put it in their pocket and left with it. I waited for this Representative to come back with my SIM card tray. After waiting about 40 minutes, the representative came back with a SIM card tray and when they put it in my phone, it didn't fit. This place has really bad customer service and I will never return here again. T-Mobile corporate office should have this place checked out and closed down. I am a very dissatisfied customer. If I could give this place a 0 star I would. read more
