I am doing my best to provide more positive reviews, but this location, which I have frequented numerous times over the past few years, seems to be going to downhill with respect to customer service and honesty. In early September I took my daughter in and added a new iPhone to my account for her. It was her first Apple product ever and I took a long time working with her and getting it set up for usage. Unfortunately, 9 days later the phone was completely destroyed due to an unfortunate accident. Thankfully I have full insurance coverage on all of my Verizon iPhones and iWatches, but have never had to use it before now and wasn't certain as to how to handle this situation. Our sales representative had provide us with his name (which I prefer not to mention herein) and cell phone number. I called him for help and he directed me to the site for me to file a claim. Before I started the claim, he told me that if the entire phone needed replaced we would have to pay $99.00 replacement fee, if only the screen needed replaced it would be free, and then I specifically asked him if she would be getting a new iPhone or a refurbished one. His response was very reassuring when he stated that since the iPhone was a 14 and new, they would definitely send us a brand new iPhone. After battling Asurion to get the claim approved, which they first denied (a mistake later admitted to by an Asurion representative) and making sure I followed all of their directions, my daughter received a refurbished iPhone 14, not a new one. Any emails I sent to the sales representative attempting to discuss this fact now began to go unanswered or responded to in any way. While everyone in the store is friendly, appear very helpful, promised complete transparency, and make all kind of promises to make you feel comfortable about your new purchase, they are providing customers with incorrect information. If they are not certain about a question presented to them, they should refer you to someone who can provide you with an honest and accurate answer. Also, when they attempt to sell you the Asurion insurance on your device, all of the facts should be presented up front and with complete accuracy because it's not cheap and neither are the devices. After speaking with an actual Apple Senior Advisor, he explained the actual comparison as to how Asurion provides you with replacement phones in detail and how Apple Care provides you with a replacement. Please do your homework prior to purchasing any insurance becuase the difference is considerably different with respect to replacement device quality. My bottom line: I can no longer recommend this particular store after my experience with incorrect information. Also, I highly recommend that you compare Asurion device replacement methods compared to your own device manufacturers insurance replacement methods. I can't speak for anyone besides Apple, but the differences are much different and you may find that your actual manufacturer will be providing you with a much higher quality replacement device that Asurion. read more

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID AND STAY AWAY!! I've used T-Mobile for over 10 years and never had any problems. I went into to Verizon to have a 2nd phone just to have a separate line and give Verizon a shot. I needed the phone to have no spam calling and the "district manager" said Verizon is really good with no spam. They offered me a free phone for unlimited service at $80 a month and a free iPad if I added that to plan for only extra $10. I thought it was great..until I started receiving NON-STOP SPAM CALLS! I received a MINIMUM of 5 calls a day when I haven't even started using the phone for my work yet!! I also found out the guy who signed me up charged me $100 for the phone for unlimited and $20 for the IPad trying to lock me in for 3 years! I almost canceled til a guy on the phone made it right..I should've trusted my gut and canceled but I decided to give it a chance. After a week, I received OVER 30 Spam calls and I received 2 spam calls with T-Mobile using my T-Mobile phone for over 10 years. I went to cancel and had to pay $50 per device for a "re-stocking fee" which I thought was total bs. Now today I got an email saying I owe $140 for the week of service I used when I canceled within 10 days and the manager I canceled TOLD ME I WAS GOOD. They are refusing to get rid of the $140 and I will be reporting all of this to the BBB. Overall: Waste of time AND money for nothing but spam calls. Use T-Mobile because they always have taken care of me. Verizon does not care about their customers, they will lie to you just to get you to sign a contract. SO UNETHICAL read more

DO NOT talk with John Simangan or Vladimir, they are very dishonest and worst service I've ever had. John and Vladimir will tell you that you are getting a free phone and a plan that sounds amazing, but after you leave they setup the plan and phones different than what they told you. Once you finally login and see what the billing is, it is completely different from what you were told. When you call them to tell them it is all incorrect, they will just not respond or push you off and not take care of it. We had 4 lines switched from tMobile, were told our bill would be about $280 per month and they even wrote it down for us showing us $280 per month with all the installments and monthly plans. Once we left, the next day after registering for our account online we saw that 1 line was put on a plan all on it's own $195 per month, and then another plan was started with 5 phone lines $600 for the first bill and $400 a month after, and none of the phones were free, keep in mind we only had 4 lines, where did these other lines and phone numbers come from. They just added bogus lines to get a higher commission. The next day we had a 2pm appointment and John never showed up, Vladimir was there and gave us the other two phones we were waiting for and just said that we have to take them and set them up ourselves. So here we were with phones not setup, trying to figure out how to set them up ourselves. I called Verizon billing and they could not make sense of it all. Spent over 2 hours on Father's Day with the Verizon billing and it's still not right. Called John Simangan and left a message and he just responded with "it's my day off".
